Fit and finish of these fenders definitely hits the mark. Solid construction, no rattling over the chunder, and keeps the water and grunge off yourself and your compadres. Installation wasn’t bad but may require some patience to get the fit just right depending on your setup. I ran into some issues with mounting the front fender stays to the dedicated mounting point on my fork. Essentially my front brake caliper (Tektro mechanical disc) got in the way of the eyelet. PDW has thought of this and includes spacers in the packaging, but even so, those weren’t enough to get around my caliper. Instead I ended up cutting the stays extra short and mounting them to the eyelets mid-fork and haven’t had any issues.

Never seen packaging this bad before. Literally one piece of tape on each side of the box. One end was half open due to only one badly placed piece of tape. One zip tie on the fender packaging was missing causing the fenders to rub against each other and scratch. If these were available in store I’d return them but I don’t want to wait for new ones to ship. I realize these are probably going to get dinged eventually but spending $140 I want to be the one to do that not have them like that out of the box. Expected more out of REI not sure why they’d let a box go out like that.
Long reach and high quality, wide for narrow forks
Great fenders, will keep you dry for sure. I had to squeeze the front fender through my fork crown since the stanchion width required is 61mm but I only had . Luckily a little artful and gentle bending did the trick. I also had to swap out the long front fender mount for the small one, which is not mentioned anywhere in the installation guide (but my local bike mechanic clued me in).
Very disappointed
Purchased a new set of fenders, REI sent me a used set
