Soft
Fabric is thin and clingy; not in a bad way just not a thick sweater which the grey product photo looked like to me. Incredibly soft knit. Very comfortable. Accurate sizing as shown on size chart. I'm 5'3" 129 and size small fits. Fairly short in the front; might want to layer. Not for technical active use but comfortable, quality, and pretty looking casual wear.
Great for Travel
I love this criss cross top. I wear a lot of black - this is a great add to the wardrobe - it's still basic, but the criss cross design adds a little something special to the look. This top is great for travel - you can dress it up (over a dress shirt), or wear it to the airport. It's a great layering piece - not overly warm, but definitely enough to protect you from a draft. And it's buttery soft - buttery. I wash and hang dry, so I'm not sure how well it would hold up in the dryer - but that care plan has worked well for me - I've had this piece for two years and it still looks new. It does have a baggy fit, so if you want something that's tighter, order a size down. A great add, especially at the reduced price!
So soft but fit is not my favorite
This is my new favorite for lounging at home (though I wish it were as soft on the inside as it is on the outside!) But it isn't a very flattering look. Which may be why it's so comfy? I suppose asking for both may be a tall order. I also think it may run bigger so perhaps I should have gotten a smaller size.
Soft, comfortable-size down
I ordered a small and medium and usually wear a medium. The medium is too large and I will be returning. 5'6" / 140lbs, shorter torso for reference. It had plenty of length. The fabric is soft inside and out, a beautiful rayon with small french terry loops inside. Sleeves were comfortable, not tight. Will be comfortable in air conditioning and with something over it in winter.
