Great, some advice though

These are great, I have used them several times. Some tips on use: -Make sure your trees aren’t too close, they work but it makes it harder to set up. You end up being higher than your partner. -set up your straps on either side of the tree, puts less stress on the bars and it makes you more even -don’t make your hammock as taut, make it looser because putting the bars on makes it more taut. Especially if you have to use close trees -if you have someone who is larger than you, start their hammock a little lower than yours. For example, I am 5’3” 125lbs and my boyfriend is 6’1” 250lbs. So when he gets in he ends up way lower, and he was actually on the ground at one point. Although it was funny, not a good way to hammock. Otherwise, fantastic product.

Excellent! It made hammock camping much easier.

Super cool because I only needed pack-in one eno rain fly. The only issue I ran into was using the Eno bug net system. It's designed to use a ridgeline stretching directly over top your hammock; tree to tree. But when you employ the fuse bars, each hammock becomes offset from the tree making the situation a bit more awkward. I fixed it by using two STURDY sticks (otherwise they'll snap) and plugging them horizontally through Atlas strap rings on either V. In doing this I was able to create a mounting point for the ridgelines that placed them directly over each hammock. All in all, is super comfy, and lightweight camping trip, sleeping under the stars. Thanks Eno!

Be close together without being on top of eachothe

This was an excellent purchase! I picked it up from my local store in Asheville NC today and took it straight to the park with my girlfriend. We love eno-ing together but it wasn’t comfortable sitting in the same hammock for long and we didn’t want to be on different trees. Excellent design, props to the developer! Can’t wait to go camping with my buddy now! No more uncomfortable stacks! (I usually get the bottom :/ lol)

Revolutionized Tandem Hammocking!

I purchased this for use with my family over Independence Day. It made hammocking possible in a couple places where it otherwise would not have been. Quick and easy to set up. Works best with two identical hammocks and people of similar weight in each. However, if you do have two people of different weights, put the strap for the heavier person's hammock slightly higher on the trees. After trying this out, a few of my family members and friends already plan on purchasing one. It is an essential tool for the avid hammocker.

Fun product to add to the experience

I have used these on several hammock trips, my best friend and I love it. We put up rope lights in between, play cards or simply just hang out and talk. This gives us the ability to hangout next to each other instead of being on separate trees. I will agree the rainfly to cover both doublenest ENO hammocks is a bit tight but it worked. If everything is positioned right, it feels like more heat is kept in, rather than apart obviously. There is a considerable amount of movement if your partner does move but the experience to "hang together" makes it worth it :). Poles fold down nicely and fit in the doublenest bundle bag with everything else. Worth the price!

Works great (for equal weighted individuals)

This works exactly as it should, it is a perfect design for hammocking together, however I would recommend you weigh your camping partner before hand. Anyone with common sense should already know that. I apparently don't have common sense, I went on a 4 day camping trip out in the Colorado mountains with my 4 year old. He loves sleeping in a hammock and I wanted to be right next to him in case he needed something in the night. We got set up and ready for bed and he ended up about 6ft off the ground while I was closer to 2 foot. So I ended up sleeping on the ground under the fly while he stayed nice and comfy. I'm sure someone somewhere has said to test your gear before you go out... Lesson learned

pure MAGIC!

This rods are so simple and yet so brilliant! There have been countless times where my partner and I have tried to set up our hammocks together, only to realize there aren't any three usable trees close enough to make it work. These rods are a huge gamechanger - they essentially hold the hammocks apart so you can share the same two trees without stacking your hammocks. You still use both sets of straps and the rods have a little clip that you place around the cord between the hammock and the carabiner. I was pretty skeptical, but these work so well and have held up on multiple trips. We are almost 400 lbs combined and had no issue. Super recommend!!

Loved it for hammock camping!

I am 5’6” and my BF is 5” even- it was comical to say the least us getting in/out but LOVED LOVED the tandem hanger for our1st AT camping hike! Kept us close together so we only had to use 1 set of trees. Learning curve to using the product for certain- we practiced a few times before the actual trip to make sure we knew to hang my hammock straps higher than hers. So glad ENO made this product !! Highly recommend !

We love this! The poles are incredibly versatile and can mount on any trees! It makes camping and lounging with my 8 year old such a pleasure!! Knowing he’s close while camping is a huge stress relief! We don’t have to scout for two separate sets of trees anymore!

Great for backpacking as a family

Makes hammock camping as a family great for us. Allows us parents and kiddos to be closer which is a comfort when out in the wild. As a bonus, it requires fewer trees. A couple FYI's: You still need a set of hammock straps for each hammock. There is enough space for two adults to sleep comfortably when using. You may want to hang the straps on the larger person a little bit higher than the smaller person's straps. Getting in and out can take teamwork and a little getting used to. And if one of you shifts around in your hammock, the other person will move as well.
