Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect for barns or snow This is the fourth pair of Bogs for the family. I had been borrowing my daughter's and husband's Bogs for too long, finally had to get my own. I go to a horse barn five days a week, these are ideal for being in the mucky stalls - nothing gets through. In the bitter cold of the winter (-15 to -25F), my feet stayed mostly warm. I've tried other brands of boots that were supposedly rated for super cold, but they didn't compare to Bogs. In the snow this past year, my feet were warm, toasty, and dry. When the slush came, nothing got through. Salt doesn't hurt the boots either. I love that they are pull-on boots, they are easy to get on and off - for me and for my youngest child too.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Warm at the horse farm Bogs are the only boots that keep my feet warm while at the horse barn. I have tried many of the winter equestrian boots and other brands of nonequestrian boots and they either are not warm or pop off the heal while riding. The Ultra is more comfortable and gives more insulation under the foot than the non-ultra Bogs. I got mine a size larger since I noticed that the sizing of Bogs has gotten smaller than my 1st pair from a number of years ago. I put my rechargeable foot warmer insole in the boots and wear a medium to heavy Smartwool sock and I am set (perfect fit). I usually do not have to turn on the warmers. The new style of Bogs flex well for riding and the tall height prevents the top of the boot from getting hung up on the bottom of the saddle fender.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love these! I use these everyday on the farm. I love these because they are durable, waterproof, warm and I can go out into the field with them on and not worry about anything getting in. These are perfect for those who want a heavy duty shoe. They are foot forming so my foot does not slosh around like cheap rain boots. However, with that, they are a little hard to get off but not terribly difficult. The handles make them easy to get on. I have slender feet so if you had wide feet you would maybe want a half size bigger to get on and off easier.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great to Walk Dogs All Day - No Cows! As a daily dog walker in all weather, and in and out of homes, I've been searching for a sturdy, super-comfortable, warm and easy-on / easy-off boot just like these. They also fit snug enough over the top of the foot so they aren't sloppy and do not require a thick sock. I come from dairy farm family, so the history of these boots seemed appropriate for my "modern" daily animal job. And I ride horses, so all bases are covered!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from LOVE LOVE LOVE THEM As a great gift for my birthday(Nov) with cold rainy weather they are perfect! However on the top of the right boot beside the groove that runs from toe to the ankle has started to crack. They don't leak as of yet. Been dreading taking them back to Big R as they question in a manner of blame beside NEEDING them. Only 2 months old tho. I would buy them again! Worth every penny (dollar);-)

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Texas Dairy Girl loves these boots! I love the Classic Ultra High women's boots! They are warmer than any boots I've ever had. Very comfortable and not heavy. Their design and form is perfect to walk in. Make sure you buy a half size larger than you wear. I wear a 9 1/2 and a 10 fits me perfect.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Game changers! These boots are warm, comfortable, easy to put on and take off. And (of course) waterproof. Not terrifically stylee but that's not what I bought them for. The soles are waffled enough that I don't slip but flat enough that they don't pick much up. I live on a goat and cattle ranch, since I bought them the manure quotient in my house has gone down by 85%. The sales representative was very friendly and helpful. Wish I'd found these boots years ago!
