Great for running!

I bought these because I was looking for a lighter weight, cooler pair of running pants. I have been using the walmart brand ones which are heavy and they have been leaving me overheated lately with the oncoming summer heat. These pants were great. They're thin and keep me cool. I have even taken them backpacking and they still keep me cool while keeping the plants and buggers out (I don't like wearing pants with ankle openings). I made sure to get these on sale/clearance though because otherwise they're too expensive.

I like the fabric, I am 85 lbs bought the xs and they stay up though I am 5'2 and they are long so they gather at the knees and I have to keep pulling them down or they bunch up behind my knees and it's bothers me when I run. I got the capri style also but weather has not been warm enough yet. My chief compliant is where the key pocket is.. what was UA thinking?? It's on the side / butt of hip?? It's bulky and looks TERRIBLE! Bad design otherwise I would have given it another star. Had I payed attention to this on the picture I would not have ordered them. Now I have to stick my key in my jog bra - bad bad design. It gets one star for that 'feature' alone.

Great leggings!!

These leggings are great! I love how the back calf part is sheer. They're also very breathable and size fits great. I wear a exactly a size 6 and a medium fits me perfect!

Very comfortable and fits well

I am 5'4, 115 pounds and size small fits well. I do very heavy cardio and yoga in them and they do not ride up or sag. They look really good and I really like them.

Great leggings

Love the compression I get with these leggings. I love the details with the mesh inserts in the legs- not overdone, just enough to add interest to black leggings.

Great pants for running/working out

I love these pants! I like how the back behind the calf is aerated so you legs stay cooler. At first I thought they fit a little tight, but once I adjust them they are great. The only downsize is that when I do run longer distances I sometimes have to hike up the waist area. It would be nice if they were a little tighter there. I have been searching for long pants leggings since I got my UA EVO and this is the closet thing to those. I would buy another pair. I am 5'5' and about 155 lbs. I am very athletically built and they fit well. The only complaint I have is that they are not as thick for very cold winter running as my EVO's but they are great for fall/sprint weather before its to hot outside.

Quality

I bought a pair of the Fly-by leggings in navy back in September and just got these pairs in black recently because I liked them so much. The quality of the leggings have gone down. The first pair I bought were much softer and slightly thicker compared to the ones I just got. The compression on these new ones feel much better (because it's brand new) but I can tell by the material that the compression won't last long and will stretch easily. The navy pair already has a slight tendency to ride down especially while running but I think these will ride down much more quickly.

Disappointed: lack compression

If you do not care about calf/leg compression, you will most likely love these leggings. The design is beautiful and who doesn't appreciate the cooling/wicking properties of Heat Gear items? They are very comfortable, attractive, and flattering. My only disappointment is that, though described as having compression and being ultra-tight, the legs are not so - especially the calves, which is where you want the compression to start in order to support return blood flow. I'll keep hoping that Under Armour will make a Heat Gear compression tight someday. Sorry to return them.

Makes running in the cold worth it

These pants were purchased after I had bought a pair of running pants from another brand name company which unexpectedly ripped. As I was very disappointed (especially since they were from a reputable brand) I purchased these and I am very pleased. They have zippered pockets for essentials as well as reflectors on the back to keep you visible to others. The only con is that they did not come in petites. Otherwise, I would highly recommend them.

Comfortable and Flattering

Was hesitant to buy due to the price, but it was well worth it. It compresses and shapes my glutes and thighs into a flattering shape. That's pretty impressive considering I don't really work out. So, yeah. Look out, Gigi Hadid. Rawr.
