Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great hydration belt....Love it!!! I purchased this hydration pack about a year and a half ago to use for my long distance runs and absolutely love it! I've used it for all of my long runs and 3 half marathons. The belt is easy to adjust and when properly adjusted the water bottle doesn't bounce much when full. Once I drink about 5 ounces of the water it doesn't bounce at all. It's comfortable and the water bottle is out of the way and my hands and arms do not bump into it at all. The bottle is easy to remove and push back into the pocket while running and you can change which side you want to access your water bottle from. The clear cell phone window is big enough to hold a Samsung Galaxy S3 and keeps my phone dry when running in the rain. It has a small zipper pocket on one side that am able to fit a key (there is a key clip in the pouch), identification, some cash to buy extra water at the convenience store, and a handkerchief. The bottle holds 19 oz (I measured the water from a measuring cup). I did purchase a separate cell phone pocket that velcros around the belt to hold my GU gels. This hyrdration belt is well made and was totally worth the money spent.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from limited storage I purchased this a few days ago and sadly I'm going to return it. I bought two of these for my wife and myself for running. The idea is simple; it carries a compact water bottle at the waistline to maximize comfort. The biggest downfall is that it doesn't fit much. The bigger pocket has a transparent film and it doesn't fit our phones. My wife has the 4.7-inch iPhone 7 and it's very, very snug without a case. My 5.5-inch iPhone 7 Plus doesn't stand a chance. The smaller mesh pocket has enough room for car keys, driver's license, two credit/debit cards, and cash. The biggest downfall is just fitting modern phones. If you have an iPhone 5s or any 4-inch phone this would be perfect. Any larger will not work.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great for training I bought this awhile back to train for a marathon. It was perfect for some quick access to my Gatorade and chews! The zipper pocket is very expandable and held enough chews for any mileage tackled, plus some headphones and a spare pair of contacts if needed. My phone is too big to fit into the clear pocket, but its a little on the chunkier side anyway. I still bring it on all my runs! Great little pack!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from No bounce! I used this for the first time this past weekend at the Cooper River 10k. It worked perfectly!! No bounce at all and it fit snug around my waist. I'd highly recommend!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Leaked right away A day after I got this, it started leaking. For $40+ you'd think that would it a no-brainier.

Since the water bottle is round does it have a tendency to roll up and down your back as you run? I can't have any bouncing, that will drive me nuts.

Asked by: Triathlete and more
The shape of the bottle will not increase the likelihood of it rolling up and down your back since it is secured in a sleeve. However, any waist pack will have some movement due the natural running motion.

My bottle's insides broke. Can you get a replacement bottle?

Asked by: riderunpaddlehikeclimbguy
We recommend that you inquire with the manufacturer about obtaining a replacement bottle.

Looking for waist pack for front range mtns. Not running but moving quickly. Like Osprey products (Rev Solo) but concerned about the sideways botte holder. Noticed the U-D Access on Rei-Outlet has slanted bottle holder. Any thoughts (e.g jostling, etc)?

Asked by: ETP
The Rev Solo would be a great choice. The bottle is well secured by a strap that comes over the lid. The advantage of the Ultimate Direction Access is that it can hold more gear.
