Great belt
I purchased this belt so I can carry my phone, license and keys with me. The belt keeps them from moving around. I like the fact that I can carry some liquids with me if I want to. I have worn it over a T-shirt and on my skin and neither seems to be a problem. It does not feel bulky or heavy. My run/walks are about 3 miles and all went well. I have dreams of going longer distances which contributed to the purchase. I also secure my Vizsla to the belt so he can run securely with me. I think it would be good for hikes and outings where you might want things secured and awat from possible pick pockets. I recommend the belt!

Main issue with this belt is the bottle security, it’s just a button snap and when the bottle is full it won’t snap or stay snapped, lost my bottle several times. It’s ok.
