Bike rack
I have one of the older models and worked great for couple years till I got a fat bike. It had trouble holding my bike in place so I decided to email the Kuat company and see if there is any modification for me to purchase to make it fit. Jon emailed me imediately and sent me a extension allowing it to fit my fat bike perfectly for free. Thank you for fantastic customer service. If my rack ever fails, I would gladly buy it again.
