Rated 4 out of 5 by from Solid pedal Solid pedal, durable, pins are easy to adjust and replace. These pedals really look good, fairly thin profile and a nice wide platform. Not the lightest platforms out there, but for the money, and the intended usage, you really can't go wrong. Setting up the pins out of the box is a bit time consuming(you get a handful of pins in a plastic bag), but once they are all in they are easy to adjust. Overall I am very satisfied with them.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best platform for the money! I just laid to rest a set first gen of 50/50's that came speced with my 2007 conondale perp cuz one of the berings turned to dust. thats over 6 years of ridding every other day and by the looks of the newer SLIMMER 50/50 2's I will expect to make it into 2020 with no problem. Bullet proof! Wide, and plenty light. cant go wrong with this one. Take it from me cuz I smash stuff all the time and these will take and still look tight. Ride Hard, Ride at Night!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from 5 year warranty In response to the post above.... It has a 5 year warranty and can be rebuilt. Just sayin. I really like the pedal and no longer use clipless on my mountain bikes because of the ability to rapidly reposition or bail.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from So Far So Good Joining the "clipless or not" unending dialogue. Flat pedals are what I started with, tried clipless and cages and was never quite confident they would suit my personal comfort level. So try them all. Use what suits you for the bike and ride type. read the discussions and you can find arguments and advocates supporting any of the three pedal types. Make sure you have a good fit so you protect your knees.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Lots of grip large platform with a low profile. lots of pins that provide tons of grip. Time will tell how long the bearings last. I wish more colors were available.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Super short lifespan I owned these pedals for 9 months but they started failing in 6. I was using them only for my work commute and was looking for something that had better grip than the Wellgo platforms that they were replacing. The bearings began to fail from just normal use and the bike was always stored inside.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not Long Lasting After four months of street use, the platform section has loosened, creating a knocking sound as it wobbles against the spindle. I took it a apart and there's no way to get inside and tighten things up. If you want an unserviceable pedal for much less, just get any of the dozens of plastic BMX pedals available.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great flat platform pedal I bought these on way to a ride (realized I had forgotten my cycling shoes so quick and cheapest way to ensure I could still ride was to get some flats and ride in my trail shoes). The are good. I now have them as my fat-bike for snow riding and they have plenty of traction and pedal freely. Yep, these are great as a low cost, good performing flat.
