Marmot  WarmCube Active Alt HB Down Half-Zip Jacket - Men's

Not only is it super light but it is very comfortable and keeps me warm. On top of that, it is very stylish looking and I have been receiving several compliments about it. Overall, I am quite satisfied with it and it goes without saying that it is getting a perfect score from me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this to try out for the upcoming winter months/cool weather and overall I love this pullover/quarter zip. It's lightweight, but seems to block wind extremely well. However, stitching and durability I am unsure of. When I took the jacket out of the package I immediately noticed a snag in the front of the jacket. I then checked all over and I found 3-4 more snags not pictured here all on the outside of the jacket front and back. Also, I had a loose stitch/long thread hanging in the zipper area. I mentioned this because this is where I do not believe the quality of the product matches the value. The fit for the jacket is great and the design of the jacket feel just as it should. I still recommend the jacket even if I do not believe the quality matches the value.

He absolutely loves the jacket it is nice and warm and extremely comfortable to wear. It is made out of a very strong material and it also is a little waterproof. Great for those late fall and early winter weather as well. I am 5'7" and 160 lbs. This jacket fits me very well. it does not bulk up like others. Feels good and is very fitted. The length is perfect. not too long. It is good for walking and even running in. very well made. Has lots of pockets for your gear if you are into some extreme winter sports and you need it. I got medium and it works perfect for my body type. it has a bit of stretch material so good fit and good comfort overall. Highly recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] WOW! Marmot does it again with their WarmCube technology installed on their Active Alt HB 1/2 zip. It came in just in time for the weather to change here in the midwest. With whipping cold winds that chill you to the bone. I myself am a 5 foot 10 / 160lb individual with little padding to keep me warm. I either have to wear too many layers or not enough which causes me to shiver. We went out to the pumpkin patch recently in 40 degree weather and all I had on underneath my WarmCube was 1 T-Shirt! The technology is amazing and that you literally feel yourself warm up all around your core, shoulders, back, and even where your hands go in the front pockets. It's my new favorite pull over as it tastefully matches any look you're going after. Shortly after, it began to rain but not to worry as it's made from water resistant materials that doesn't soak up in the jacket and instead repels it. It's a very comfortable top, made out of the best materials, has technology to warm you up as you move and is made by one of the most reputable companies. This is a great gift for anyone looking to up their outdoor wear game. Highly recommend it!

I'd say solid 3.5 if I could give that rating. I consider this more of a sweatshirt or a shacket. Lighter weight than I had hoped for and at full price. I have it in orange and get a lot of compliments on it, however. The sleeves are not insulated/down like the body of the garment however they are two layers with the inner layer being similar to a mesh jersey material. I would say it is true to size in all aspects but the fit is a tad narrow through the chest (pit to pit) and with no stretch to the fabric getting it on and off over your head is a bit challenging. Biggest disappointment is the side zip pockets in that the zippers constantly get jammed and snagged. Overall it's good but felt it wasn't worth its full price.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] At first sight this jacket appeared to be a light spring or fall jacket, but once you give it a try you quickly find out it is surprisingly efficient at retaining heat and keeping you warm in any weather. The design is a bit different with the cube pattern, but it looks nice and adds a bit of flash to the jacket. The jacket is a pullover design which I usually am not a fan of but with the lightness of the jacket it didn't bother me too much. The material has a nice high quality feel that is a bit rugged to the touch but still very nice. The zippers are very high quality and feel stronger than any I have seen before. I love that the jacket is about the same weight as a hooded sweatshirt which allows you to be very active and mobile in it while keeping you warm in the worst of weather. This is a great jacket that I highly recommend. It is a bit pricey so be prepared for that but it does not disappoint.

I like especially having zippers on my pockets, so I know nothing will fall off, especially my keys. Great jacket just to put over myself when I am going for a quick trip to the market or for even going out since it's keeps me warm and not overly stuffy at the same time.
