Spacious and rolls easily
Overall, the bag is well designed, well made and has quite a bit of interior space. The color is very pleasing. The outer pocket is useful for things like train tickets and other flat items but the zipper is short and makes accessing the pocket quite difficult. It would be nice to have a couple of corner hooks for a shoulder strap so it could be carried hands free in muddy conditions.
Beware Zippers
The Ozone 4-wheel carry-on appears to be typical dependable Osprey quality. EXCEPT the primary YKK racquet coil zipper. Mediocre ease in opening direction including extra peculiar plastic material encasing the entire zipper track. Reclosing direction is repeatedly balky; pull tabs might work well on a jacket but are too small for luggage. Other reviews on this luggage also concern the zipper issue. I returned this Ozone, disappointed. Kudos to REI, meanwhile, for dependable prompt store service I experienced when I personally checked out the Ozone line. My finding was similar--mediocre zipper performance on other Ozone packs. I urge Osprey product design to utilize robust zippers and larger pull tab especially on the primary zipper.
