[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product for free in exchange for my honest review. Traveling from New Hampshire to New York for work and then to Florida shortly after put my luggage to the test. The Gregory Cache Carry-On Spinner proved to be the ideal travel companion. It’s impressively lightweight yet surprisingly spacious, easily fitting everything I needed for both trips (not back to back)without feeling bulky. One standout feature is the integrated combination lock, which provided peace of mind throughout my travels. It’s simple to use and adds an extra layer of security that’s especially reassuring in busy environments. Another thoughtful touch is the dedicated, scent-resistant shoe bag. As someone who wears size 12 shoes, I appreciated that it was large enough to fit them comfortably while keeping the rest of my clothes clean and fresh. Overall, the Gregory Cache Carry-On delivers excellent organization, durability, and design in a compact size. It’s a dependable choice for anyone looking.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Disclosure: Gregory gave me this free product to try in exchange for an honest review. I used the Gregory Cache Hard Case Carry-On for a 10-day trip to Kauai, and it performed flawlessly. The hardshell build is tough enough for overhead bins, getting tossed around by baggage handlers and bumpy rides in the back of a Jeep, yet still lightweight and easy to maneuver. The spinner wheels glide smoothly, and the ActiveShield compartment was perfect for separating sandy shoes and wet gear after hikes and beach days. The interior organization made packing simple, and everything stayed secure through multiple flights and car transfers. My only suggestion would be a lighter interior lining to make small items easier to find in low light. I'd recommend this to outdoor travelers, weekend adventurers, or anyone who wants a carry-on that looks sleek but can handle rugged conditions. It's now my go-to bag for both work and adventure trips. This will be my dedicated bag for an upcoming trip to California as well.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Gregory Caché 22-inch Carry-On Spinner arrived perfectly packaged — snug in a box that was exactly the right size, with a protective plastic bag and even a clever extra cardboard tab so you don’t accidentally cut into the suitcase when opening it. Right away, I appreciated that kind of attention to detail. At first glance, it seemed a little smaller than other 22-inch carry-ons I’ve owned. It is slightly narrower, but not significantly so — and in fact, I’ve found that narrowness to be an advantage, especially when placing it in overhead bins on smaller regional jets where space is tight. The included combination lock was simple to set up thanks to clear, easy-to-follow instructions. The packaging was minimal — just the product tags and a small insert highlighting the ActiveShield Packing Cube. The cube itself is a nice addition; it’s designed to separate used or sweaty clothes from clean ones. While it does take up some space, I can see myself using it for organization — storing items like underwear and socks — while still taking advantage of the odor-resistant ActiveShield material. For size reference, I’m 6’1” and 250 lbs (XL), and I was able to comfortably pack: 2 light flannel shirts 1 polo 1 sweatshirt 3 t-shirts 1 pair of shoes 3 pairs of underwear 3 pairs of socks 2 belts 1 toiletry kit …and still had room to squeeze in a few more items if needed. The suitcase is very lightweight, noticeably lighter than any hard or soft carry-on I’ve owned before. It feels sleek, modern, and understated — a nice blend of style and practicality. On four wheels, it glides smoothly and maneuvers easily through airports. The only minor drawback is that it’s a bit stubborn when pulling it on just two wheels; it takes a bit of effort to get rolling that way. So far, I’ve taken it on two trips — in and out of cars and planes (carry-on only, never checked) — and it has held up extremely well. No broken parts, no cracks, and after a quick wipe-down, even the scuffs practically disappear. Overall, I really love this suitcase. It’s sleek, durable, and thoughtfully designed, and I’m genuinely looking forward to using it on more trips ahead.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have taken this Gregory Cache carry on spinner on 3 seperate trips from Seattle to phoenix and it has been great. Still no marks from moving in and out of rentals, hotels, and overhead bins. I previously used a solgard that seems to have some resistance on the omni directional wheels but this product is as easy rolling spinning and moving in any direction the interior bag that comes with it is helpful for dirty clothes storage. The only negative I have is I wish it had come equipped with packing cubes. I have my own, but it would have been nice had they been included.
This fills my need for a carry on bag. It's very light weight, rolls smoothly, has smooth zippers, locks/unlocks easily, has enough room, comes with a zippered packing sack, has one side with a zippered flap and has a lifetime warranty. What's not to like?
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Gregory gave me this free product a try and boy am I glad! As an outdoor professional who often has to pack for trips and adventuring abroad this product has all the features you can want. hardshell design ensures that it doesn't get beat up both the airport or due to the adventures it will take in my car. The 360 wheels truly move like butter which allows me to carry my other gear with ease with barely pushing or maneuvering the carry-on. Fully adjustable handle to make sure that it feels good for any height was a huge win. Not to mention the great organization that comes with this bag. They really thought of everything. You have a hidden secret apartment that helps separate all your shoes, so your clothes don't get dirty and then it doubles as a dirty laundry area on the way back. You have a zipper meshed area for the things you want to keep accessible or damage free by ensuring it stays in the middle of your bag cushioned by everything. then lastly, the detachable leak-proof bag is a safe spot for all your toiletries. so the rest of your items don't get nasty if you're your shampoo. explodes mid-air! having it detachable with genius so that you could wash it if that ever occurred. last but not least, built-in security lock that attaches the zippers both ensures your zippers don't get damaged by the airport and keeps your things safe and locked up. I truly love this bag and will be buying it in a large for future extended travels. I was able to pack for an outdoor professional conference and a kayaking trip for 3 days. in this with cold weather options without issue. It truly felt like a Mary Poppins bag!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently used this bag on a 5 day trip to London. I had plenty of space for what I needed with my small 15L backpack for under my seat. Going through the aiport was a breeze and this bag was very easy to maneuver. I especially liked the zipper pulls that were easy to grip. Rolling this bag on the other side of the pond was easy and this bag was a champion on uneven sidewalks. I'll be taking it on many adventures. Gregory gave me this bag for free in exchange for my honest review.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great suitcase! I’ve used suitcases from many different brands and I really think this one stands out! I love the active shield compartment and have used it every time I’ve used the suitcase. I love how big the suitcase expands and the lock feature! This suitcase rolls very easily and feels durable. I rolled this suitcase through the streets of NYC and through the subway terminals and the wheels held up very nicely. After many flights: Boston, Atlanta, Orlando, Georgia New York, and Colombia- I can say this is a great carry-on! I’ve had experiences with lower quality hard shell suitcases that have been easily dented after checking them. This one hardly had even a scratch after being checked multiple times. When I carried it on, it was very light and easy to get into the overhead bin. The look is very nice and sleek, looks and feels very good quality! Definitely recommend and would purchase more Gregory suitcases. I love love love their backpacking packs and now their suitcases!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] * Gregory gave me this free product to try. I’m pretty picky when it comes to suitcases. I’ve had enough cancelled flights or missed connections that I almost always stick to a carry-on and avoid checking bags whenever possible. A few of the key things I look for when selecting a suitcase: durability, reasonable weight, maximum space (with the ability to expand), good wheels, and a substantial warranty (I’ve had to warranty a suitcase before). After hauling this suitcase across 5 states, I’m impressed. It’s lightweight, has great internal organization options, rolls smooth, has a zipper expansion that adds meaningful space, and is backed by a lifetime warranty. I also like that it has the ability to lock the zippers to the body of the suitcase with a built-in TSA lock. One small improvement (that I think all travel bags should have) is a place/sleeve to leave your information or business card on the outside of the suitcase so you don’t have to put an aftermarket tag on the handle. Overall, this suitcase is a simple design that gets all the important things right.
