I like it!
I can fit iPhone 16 in the pouch with keys. It is heavy on the wrist when filled with water but I think we all would expect that right? It’s light as a feather when empty, so if it hurts your wrist you can drink half of it right away. I switch up arms holding it which adds for strength anyhow. It’s great for short runs around my neighborhood or even hikes. Once empty it’s so light, barely a chore to carry. I like the design and quality. The strap does cinch around your hand and you can adjust as needed. It’s a comfortable hand grip and a good amount of water for a 30-45 minute jog. I love it and happy with my purchase!
Good for the price
This is functional for the price. Good for short runs. Kinda heavy on the wrist. But for the price it’s great. Better than anything from Nathan’s.
Works well and great price at REI.
Works well to hold small key ring and phone or gels etc. The insulation on the bottle isn't as robust as a travel bottle like a Yeti but holds iced beverages cool for over an hour.

Handy. The zippered compartment is a little tight for larger phones. Otherwise, all is good!
