First off, let’s talk about the most important part: leakproof performance. This bottle is unbelievably reliable. I’ve shaken it like a rocket, tossed it around, flipped it, squeezed it, and put it through the most ridiculous “real-life” tests possible—and not a single drop has spilled. Not one. It has a super tight, secure seal that makes you completely trust it, whether you’re running, hiking, power-walking, or just throwing it in your gear. The insulation is fantastic too. Very comfortable and stays exactly where it’s intended on long runs. I’ve run for over 50 miles with it and have not had any leakage issues. The insulation does a pretty good job of keeping your fluids cool, even in the Florida heat, and it also prevents the bottle from sweating and adding to an already damp situation for someone who sweats a good bit himself.

This bottle is ok, I appreciate the storage including zipper pocket. I find it kind of hard to tighten down enough and I don't have really small hands so if you do this might not be a great option. I only use it for shorter runs even if refilling it is an option bc I don't find it the most comfortable.
