Light weight

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Nathan SpeedDraw 2.0 (12oz/355ml) is an excellent, lightweight hydration solution for runners focused on comfort and minimalism during short-to-medium distance runs. 👍 The Good * Comfort & Ergonomics: The fully adjustable hand strap and thumbhole design provide a true "grip-free" experience, allowing your hand to remain relaxed while running. The contoured shape of the bottle fits naturally in the hand. * Minimalist Storage: The sleeve features a small, zippered pocket perfect for a key/ID/card, and an external stash pocket for a gel or two. It's just enough storage without the bulk. * Insulation (If Insulated Model): The Insulated version is very effective at keeping fluids cooler for longer, a huge benefit on warm-weather runs. * Visibility: Integrated reflective detailing provides 360° visibility in low-light conditions. 👎 Things to Note * Capacity: The 12oz size is ideal for 30–60 minute runs, but serious long-distance runners will need to upgrade to a larger size (18oz or 22oz) or carry a secondary source. * Nipple Valve: The Push-Pull Blast Valve cap is excellent for quick sips, but some users find it can drip slightly if not fully secured/closed. The Verdict: This is a comfortable, reliable, and snag-free handheld bottle. It keeps your water cold (if insulated) and your necessities secure without adding any noticeable weight or bulk. It's perfect for the runner who hates carrying things but needs a quick hit of hydration. Would you like me to find the best price for this bottle, or compare it to a different popular handheld running bottle?

If I could rate it higher than 5 stars, I absolute

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If I could give the Nathan Sports SpeedDraw 12 oz Insulated Flask 10 stars, I honestly would—because this thing has absolutely earned it. I’ve tried tons of handheld bottles, hydration flasks, and running water systems over the years, and nothing has come close to how dependable, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed this one is. It’s one of those products you don’t realize you need until you use it… and then you wonder how on earth you ever managed without it. First off, let’s talk about the most important part: leakproof performance. This bottle is unbelievably reliable. I’ve shaken it like a rocket, tossed it around, flipped it, squeezed it, and put it through the most ridiculous “real-life” tests possible—and not a single drop has spilled. Not one. It has a super tight, secure seal that makes you completely trust it, whether you’re running, hiking, power-walking, or just throwing it in your gear. The insulation is fantastic too. It actually keeps your water cooler noticeably longer, which makes a huge difference when you’re out for a while. The grip and comfort are shockingly good. It fits really naturally into your hand without feeling heavy or awkward, and it doesn’t feel like you’re forcing your fingers into weird positions just to hold it. It feels balanced, not bulky, and it doesn’t constantly remind you that you’re carrying something. You can just move, breathe, and go. One of my absolute FAVORITE features is the storage pockets. And honestly, they deserve their own paragraph. Not only are there two pockets, but they’re actually spacious and practical. I use them for running gels on long hikes (which is already a huge win), but I also love that I can tuck in my ID, a card, cash, or anything small and important I might need. It means I don’t need a backpack, hip pack, or extra pouch if I don’t want to carry one. It simplifies everything—just grab the bottle, and you’re set. Now, here’s something I love even more from a lifestyle perspective: I bring my dogs with me a lot, and because I use a hands-free dog leash, this bottle works perfectly with my setup. I can easily clip it right onto the leash system, so I’m not juggling things, fumbling with gear, or trying to hold my leash, phone, bottle, and sanity all at once. If I wanted to, I could also clip it onto a bag, but personally, I prefer having it attached to my leash because I really don’t like carrying stuff on my back unless I absolutely have to. This bottle fits perfectly into that “freedom while still being prepared” style of adventuring. The only tiny downside—and I say tiny because it’s really not a dealbreaker at all—is the sipping valve. When you drink, if you suck a little too hard, the “sippy” part can pop back down, and you’ll have to pull it back out. It’s slightly annoying in the moment, but honestly, I can’t even be mad about it because it just proves how tight and secure the seal is. That same tightness is probably the reason it doesn’t leak at all, so I’ll happily take that small inconvenience in exchange for peace of mind. Overall, the Nathan Sports SpeedDraw 12 oz Insulated Flask is reliable, brilliantly designed, comfortable to carry, genuinely leakproof, and incredibly practical. It makes runs easier, hikes smoother, and everyday outings more convenient. If you want a bottle you can trust, one that truly keeps up with an active lifestyle (dogs and all!), this is absolutely the one. If I could rate it higher than 5 stars, I absolutely would.

Drink easy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the design of this bottle is very easy to hold and squeeze the extra zipper pouch. Makes it great for carrying small items while you’re on the go and I like how soft the outer material is of the bottle drinking from the spout is very easy you just kind of pull the top up and squeeze water into your mouth, which is great.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My favorite quality of the Nathan water bottle is how smooth the water comes out. It’s very comfortable to wear and smooth to the touch, designed with us in mind.

Great simple way to carry water

Very comfortable and stays exactly where it’s intended on long runs. I’ve run for over 50 miles with it and have not had any leakage issues. The insulation does a pretty good job of keeping your fluids cool, even in the Florida heat, and it also prevents the bottle from sweating and adding to an already damp situation for someone who sweats a good bit himself.

Not for small hands

This bottle is ok, I appreciate the storage including zipper pocket. I find it kind of hard to tighten down enough and I don't have really small hands so if you do this might not be a great option. I only use it for shorter runs even if refilling it is an option bc I don't find it the most comfortable.

Great little running companion. The hand strap stays in place, and the pocket is big enough to store a gel or two.

Bottle slipped out of holster

Wish I could give this a good review. Bottle fell out on a backpacking trip. So much for leaving no trace :(
