It gets the job done!
I was pleasantly surprised. I took it on a 20 mile run with some threshold work and it didn’t bother me being in my hand the whole time! I only filled it up 1/2-3/4 of the way full so I could grip/squish the top part of the bottle as needed. No leaks either, just gotta make sure both the lid and snap are secure in place! Kept gels and other things in my shorts pockets and it was a nice setup. It’s advertised for the minimal runner and I can confirm if I could run without needing to worry about gels/water/keys etc., I would! The thumb hole is so nice, and the strap is adjustable so you can make it fit nicely to your hand and thumb. I would definitely take it on a long run again if I need to bring water with me and don’t want to wear a vest.
500 ml skyflask
I have been training for a half marathon and bought this to have water handy on the shorter runs without having the weight of a hydration pack. This carries sufficient water without much weight. The thumb strap works well and is more comfortable than I thought it would be. Fits perfectly in my hand. the collapsing feature also works well.

all in all fantastic product and the company is the real draw here. because of the size of the bottle and the size of my hands if it's not totally full it does feel a little wobbly. after pouring in some drink powder you have to make sure there is not powder on the cap, or it can be hard to click closed
Thumb Circle, not comfy!
Suggestion for next version. Please make the “thumb circle” not a circle. Perhaps an oval or a teardrop shape could be more comfy for bigger hands/thumbs. Still would very much recommend this handheld flask. Love it for a 10k, 10 miler, or a 1/2 Marathon.
