Best hat hands down for running or any outdoor activity/sport!
I love this hat! I had always worn the Nike featherlight Dry Fit hats for running and needed another hat as a back up. I just wore this one on a 7 mile trail run and absolutely love it. I love the adjustable strap in the back of the hat unlike my other hat that has velcro still. Doesn't pull my hair or come loose. It's very lightweight, extremely breathable, great fit (this is coming from someone who has a larger head), and beautiful design. Just adjust the strap in the back before first use to get a good fit. You won't be disappointed. I love this one so much I'm buying 2 more colors. If you run or are active outdoors---you need this hat! :)
My go to hat
For a person with an ginormous head, I absolutely love the chaser hats. In recent years I have let my hair grow and the chaser hat still fits. Wish I could own them I’m every color. It absorbs sweat and is extremely comfortable. Highly recommend if you enjoy hats and have a larger than normal size head.
No headaches
I started running in regular baseball caps but recently got headaches every run and couldn't understand why. I saw these hats and decided to try them. Super light, fit well and best of all no headaches! Woohoo!
Great for people with locs!
If I didn’t see the brim I would’ve forgotten that I was wearing a hat. As a person with locs I’m always looking for hats that fit comfortably. The chaser hat fits perfect!
Love the vibrant colors. Very light weight and easy to wash. Adjustable size. I’d love to have another one in a neon green hi visibility color as well.
My favorite hat to run
So far my favorite hat to run with. Absorbs all my sweat, no sweat in my face or eyes, great fit!

Too big
This hat is ALMOST perfect; which is great and heart breaking at the same time. Because finding an absolutely perfect hat, seems impossible. Starting with positive, the hat is made of a fantastic lightweight material, nice wide opening in the back to fit my hair through, it adjusts easily, and a light color hat has a dark fabric color under brim which helps to deflect the sun. Now for the deal breaker, the hat is just too deep. It comes down so far on the head it folds up against the ears. And there is no way to adjust or alleviate this. SO disappointing!
Child size
Come on Brooks, who did you as the blueprint for this hat? I have a normal sized head and this hat is super tight and the brim is not long enough to block the sun from my eyes making this hat pointless to wear. My head ached from the squeezing and I was constantly being blinded from the sun. The old chaser hats were MUCH better just like the old bras etc. Not sure what is happening to Brooks as a brand but I find myself searching and trying other brands for each NEW product Brooks releases. Sad.
Mostly great!
Overall, it's a great hat. It's soft, light, breathable, cute, and I can hardly tell that I have it one (no hat headaches here!). My only issue (which not everyone will have this issue) is that it's too long from the top of my head to the top of my ears, so it either has to sit up higher on my head or it digs into the top of my ears. I have a few Brooks hats (three and counting!), and this is the only one I've had any issues with.
