Defective paddle board
Rated 1.0 out of 5 stars

Deflated while at Lake Tahoe due to a defect

My experience with our boards was great until after just a couple of outings the board had a leak right next to the handle which is in the middle of the board. The worst part I was pretty far out in Lake Tahoe which is pretty cold and had to swim and drag my board to shore. After we got home, I went to a local repair shop in The Bay Area (after $150.00 test run) they said the glue on the board was defective. Contacted Paddle Co and they didn't want to give me another board for free, they didn't let me talk with a manager and only said they could give me a small discount on another PADDLE BOARD! Extremely upset about everything, worst customer service experience
