It’s right there in the product description: “waterproof linings protect your feet from wind, rain, and water”. I’m sorry, no they don’t. These aren’t any more waterproof than my regular runners (NB Rebel v3). My first time out with them this morning in rain (on the lighter side of moderate, not anything crazy) and my feet have never been more wet. There were a few puddles maybe 1-2” deep, not bad, but isn’t the quick splash from a puddle exactly the kind of thing you’d expect these to protect against? Very disappointed. Oh, the grip is fine. Nothing amazing, but decent. The only thing that saved this shoe from a 1 star rating.
Super comfy, and I bought a second pair on that basis. Sadly the first pair after very light use have proven NOT to be waterproof. I am really disappointed and haven't used tghe second pair yet. So, great shoe, not waterproof. Hence rating

Have this for about 1 year. Wore them on numerous hikes. Comfy to wear. Absolutely not GTX or waterproof. First hike was rainy. My feet got soaking wet in a matter of seconds!!!!
