Perfect lightweight shirt for workouts and hikes
I was originally skeptical with the muscle shirt style, especially as I have no muscles too speak of, but this shirt turned out to be my favorite athletic shirt. I got it for day hiking, and have also been using it for other workouts. Quick dry, moisture wicking, and lightweight as advertised. Several other great features: soft and no static. The last one is my pet peeve with synthetic shirts, and this one produces no static whatsoever. Loved it so much I bought another one.
great for backpacking
Pairs well under a sun hoodie or with the R1 Air as there are no sleeves so there's no bunching up in the armpit which is primo. I like the broad shoulder fabric as it covers your whole shoulder so a backpack strap fits over it nicely and doesn't chafe or rub on your skin. I would have liked Patagonia to move the seam lower so it's not directly on top of your shoulder also, I would have opted for a little longer length. All that being said it's great
