This is a light, quick dry t-shirt that I have used as both a base layer in slightly cooler temps and by itself when the weather is warmer. It is extremely comfortable and looks great as well. However, after only the third wear, the fabric started to abrade/pull where my pack sits on my back. Not everywhere, just in one spot. For such an expensive shirt, I expected a little more durability. I'll continue to wear it, as it really is comfortable, but won't buy another one for hiking.
Sounds weird but I had wanted to get this shirt for a few years but it would either be out of stock or seem a little high. It arrived just as Atlanta went into terrarium season of heat and humidity. Wearing this shirt seems markedly more comfortable in those conditions than most of my other running shirts. Will buy again.
