Sizing Notes
Sleeve length: Measure from the highest point of your shoulder following your bent arm down to wrist bone. Bend your arm slightly.

Biking Top Layer
Perfect biking top layer. I use this N.E.'s cold weather for mountain biking on top of layers, and it has been great so far, offering good breath-ability. I used to get hot and sweaty on rides, and then be freezing and wet by the time I would arrive home and have to unpack the gear. I imagine it will be good in Spring and Fall as well, with just fewer layers for warmth.
Mostly Good
It's a great jacket overall: waterproof, breathable, looks decent. My only complaint is that the hood can't be rolled up or removed, which means that it sometimes flaps around annoyingly when you're riding your bike at higher speeds.
Sleeves too tight
Bought for winter riding in the PNW. Nice jacket overall, except the sleeve. Way too tight. Touch uncomfortable without a base layer, uncomfortable with 1 layer and very uncomfortable with 2 layers.
