Nice jacket, weird sizing..

First off, all of the comments about sizing are relevant. I’m 6’3” and 190lbs (44” chest). I ordered an XL first and it fit great everywhere except the upper chest. The armpit area was super tight. Decided to give the XXL a chance, and while it is a bit big in some areas(length, waist), it does fit reasonably well. The jacket is well made and nice looking. The front has a wind resistant material and the back is breathable, and it does a good job of managing heat/moisture. Great concept, but the weird sizing is a letdown. If you have broad shoulders/chest you may want to look at other brands.

great for the tall athlete

Great quality jacket. Very good materials, just got it and expect it will work well with a thermal underlayer for temps in 40's, and maybe with an additional thin layer in the 30's. Color a light blue, maybe a bit steel blue, a bit different from the color posted (better). Zipper a bit on small size compared to others so my only concern with durability, but it is steel YKK and not plastic (the rear pocket zipper looks to be plastic). Fit: Be warned, the Craft website says it is for tall athletic swedish folk. Also my experience with their excellent winter tights, which for someone 6"4" like me fit perfect. I got the XXL jacket, my experience is Euro sizes are one up from US. I normally wear US XL tall sizes. The tag on the jacket says "tight fit", so expect it to be on low end of the range listed for your size.

Very tight armpit and upper chest fit

The material and weight of this jacket seems very nice! I wear a size 38 or 40 suit jacket, and my sleeve length is 32". According to the Craft size chart, the medium I bought should have fit me. Unfortunately, the armpits and the chest area between the armpits, are very tight. The rest of it fit me perfectly. I'm not going to bother going to the next size up because the sleeve length gets 2" longer with the Large.

Not Water Repelent on Back, Not as Advertised

Rating says water resistant, which is true for the front. But, the back of the jacket is just cottony material that is not water resistance at all. The fit is also strange. The arm pits ride up really high and rub. I even bought a size up, and it still does not fit comfortably in the arm pit area.

Great First Impression, Fits Well

Just received the jacket and tried it on. I will update this review/rating once I get a couple of rides in. First impression is the color is WAY WAY better than the photos. The body is olive colored and the sleeves a dark navy. The overall construction and materials (made in China) were to my expectations for the full price / price point. As far as the sizing. I'm 6' 4" I normally wear an XL. I'm a size 42 tall and generally a 36 sleeve, often I wear a slim or Eurocut, so this European designed garment really interested me at first read. I ordered an XL and it fits a little loosely, which I'm surprised by. The zipper is FUNKY, hence the four stars. It is sewn in backwards, don't know if that's defect or the way a zipper goes on men's clothing in Europe. But something I can live with. Now the ARMPIT cut Issue. This is a cycling coat. Full Stop. The armpit / chest cut is a bit tight and feels unusual when standing straight up IF YOU ARE NOT USED TO WEARING PROPERLY CUT CYCLING GEAR. When you bend as if you are holding the bars / brake hoods, this coat is perfectly cut and aerodynamic to that position. I'm IMPRESSED, the designers at Craft know what they are doing.
