[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love sunbum and was really excited to try this new type of sunscreen- roll on. It doesn’t roll on clear which I liked because like regular sunscreen then you can see what areas you have covered. It rubs in really easily and doesn’t leave a white cast or any residue it just feels moisturizing, not sticky at all. There was also no scent to this product, not even the sunscreen smell you get from most sunscreens which I really liked not having. This would be best for a small kid or face sunscreen however I could see it taking a really long time to cover your full body with. I received this product for free in exchange for my honest review

I absolutely love that it has an innovative roll-on applicator because it’s super convenient, portable and minimizes waste! Best of all, however, is what’s inside. Sun Bum’s formula is clean, fragrance-free and infused with Vitamin E and aloe. It is clearly made with sensitive skin in mind. Its lightweight and non-greasy formula absorbs easily into my skin and doesn’t leave a white cast. I LOVE LOVE LOVE that it uses zinc oxide and titanium dioxide instead of chemical UV filters! It makes me feel more natural while enjoying nature! What a wonderful, reef-friendly sunscreen!

Very little mess and absorbed right into your skin with no greasy feel. I’ve just started using it, but I think it is a Perfect on the go sunscreen to keep in your bag all summer.

It makes application quick, mess-free, and easy to reapply throughout the day. The SPF 50 protection feels effective, and I like that it’s a mineral sunscreen, especially for sensitive skin. The formula does leave a slight white residue at first, but it blends better after rubbing it in. It feels comfortable on the skin and didn’t cause irritation or sensitivity for me. I also appreciate that it’s water resistant, which makes it practical for hot weather and outdoor use. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because the scent is more natural/mineral and not the typical tropical sunscreen smell, so it may not be everyone’s favorite. When applying not a lot of product comes out at once, and you still have to rub it in. So I’m not sure the point of having roll on vs squeeze sunscreen except that it’s maybe fun to roll it on but maybe more efficient to squeeze/spray. It seems like it would be more time consuming because you’d have to roll it all over then rub it in. It might solve the problem of having to try to squeeze the last bit of sunscreen out, assuming it would just roll out. It would also give you a little extra reach for applying in hard to reach places. I know that Sun Bum is a good company with good ingredients too.

It rolls on smooth and is a white base like most other sunscreens. It rubs in well. It doesn’t leave any oil or residue. It also doesn’t really have a smell. It’s so perfect for summer.

It applies smoothly, although it has a slightly pasty texture-typical of mineral sunscreens. I love the roller applicator; it makes it very easy to apply the product evenly. We're already using it, even though it's not summer yet, because the sun is already out. I use it daily, and it doesn't leave my face feeling greasy the way other sunscreens do. It's fragrance-free, which I appreciate, and I feel it's going to be very beneficial for our skin.
