So beautiful

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The jacket is warm. I havn’t tested it out yet but it definitely fits well. I usually wear a L but I tend to order a size up for winter items as I tend to layer.

Really warm

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It has pit vents which are hard to come by. I ordered a XL, because I usually layer clothes, and I knew a L would probably be to snug.

Great Jacket!

Jacket is as pictured, I'd say make sure you measure before ordering, it is true to size but fits on the slimmer side. If you are used to wearing layers, I'd size up. The sleeves are a lot longer than a normal jacket but considering this is a ski jacket it'll be great for gloves and keeping snow out. Love all the extra pockets and I don't have any restrictions in the shoulders like some ski jackets can have. I'm 5'0", weigh 118lbs and ordered a small.

Warm and Stylish Winter Jacket

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using the Columbia Women’s Bird Mountain III Insulated Jacket for a few weeks, and it’s been fantastic! The insulation is perfect for cold weather it keeps me warm without feeling bulky. The jacket is also lightweight, making it comfortable for everyday wear and outdoor activities. I love the fitted design, and the deep plum color is absolutely gorgeous. The hood with the faux fur lining adds an extra touch of style and functionality, keeping me cozy on windy days. The water-resistant fabric works well in light rain and snow, but I’d recommend a heavier jacket for extreme weather conditions. The fit runs true to size, and the adjustable cuffs are a nice bonus. Overall, it’s a great purchase, and I’d definitely recommend it for anyone looking for a reliable and stylish winter jacket!

Looooong Sleeves

Had a friend pick this up for me; sorry I wasn't able to try it on in the store. It seems like a great jacket, but the sleeves were INCREDIBLY long. I am 5'0" and about 110lbs, ordered XS, and it fit everywhere else but I had to choose between bunching the sleeves up to the shoulders or letting them hang half a foot past my fingertips. Proportions were way off for me.

Where is the warmth?

I purchased this based on the sites' stated warmth level and its supposed windproof and waterproof specs. It provides little to no warmth at temps below 40 degrees F. It is not windproof at all and has minimal if any insulation and there are multiple large panels that do not have ANY insulation. I got it to replace an old coat, but I have to wear this one over that coat to stay warm. I can feel the breeze through this coat. The zippers are also very stiff and difficult to zip and unzip. The zipper pulls are challenging with gloves on and without gloves, it's like pulling on dental floss - the cords are that thin. I used the size chart, but due to the lack of insulation, the coat is loose and oversized. The way the hood is constructed makes it hard to zip the coat all the way up unless the hood is up.

Perfect!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This coat is everything I’d hoped for! I have been looking for the perfect winter coat for the last few years, and I finally found it! It’s perfectly form fitting but also enough room to wear sweaters/sweatshirts underneath without feeling too constricted. Incredibly warm, TONS of pockets and I love the interior sleeve with the thumb holes, and the quality is great! So happy I finally found the perfect winter coat!

A beautiful coat

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The coat is awesome. My only complaint there was a small what looked like an ink dot on the arm. The coat is warm, love the style, hood is removable, I haven't owned it long, it was an early Christmas present from my husband. We had one colder day 32 degrees with the cold wind blowing the coat kept me very warm. Columbia makes great products as we all know. I would definitely recommend this coat.
