[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] TBH, I’ve been a lifelong North Face girl and while I generally like their outerwear, none of it actually fit each aspect of my body comfortably. I made the change to Columbia and I absolutely LOVE this jacket. Not only is it a great fit in the chest, waist, and arm length but also in the hips! (which is something I’ve always struggled with) This jacket is warm, stylish, and the color is gorgeous!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this jacket to prepare for winter hiking and general outdoor time. I am truly loyal to the mini heat winter jackets because I do NOT like bulky insulated jackets, and they are always lightweight and not cumbersome to move around in. This jacket is a little heavier and a little stiffer than I am used to, however it's not too heavy and it's not too bulky. It's actually a nice balance of everything and I expect it will perform excellently this winter. The only downside is the sizing options. I wear an XL typically, but in this case I wanted a little extra space because it is noted to be an active fit. Being a winter jacket, I wanted a little extra room underneath for thicker clothing. Plus sizing is not available, so I had to get an XXL. The XXL is a little too bid and the sleeves are pretty long because I do not have what it takes it fill up the chest part of the jacket. If plus sizing was available, I could have purchased a 1X, which falls between the XL and XXL sizing.
I absolutely love this jacket. It is very warm without being bulky. I really like the hood and how it comes up to cover the lower part of my face to protect on windy winter days. It is good for out and about around town and being out in the woods. I highly recommend this jacket.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like this jacket and it will work fine for hiking. My one wish is that it was more easily rollable or foldable so when I get too hot I could throw it inside my daypak. Length and fit and number of pockets all good, love the pit zips and it seems plenty warm.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This jacket is awesome for the cold winter days in Alaska. It’s not super bulky. It’s comfortable and stylish too. It has light waterproofing, so I don’t recommend in heavy rain.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This jacket is impressively warm, lightweight and comfortable. Runs small, so I had to size up. It is also weatherproof with is a major plus.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Both my wife and daughter love these jackets. Way less bulk than the interchange series but just as warm or warmer in the frigid cold
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This jacket is great for running errands! It is waterproof but lightweight and breathable!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This coat is perfect for everyday wear in the winter. The hood is adjustable!
