Great solo or layered
Merino Wool is great stuff and I’m happy with these either used solo or within a glove. I’m susceptible to immediate frost nipping so when these kept my fingertips protected, I could give the product props. I’ve worn them by themselves in 40degree air temp out on a run - fantastic. I’ve also worn them under a cheap pair of knit gloves in colder air - also great. I questioned why I should buy them initially - why not just buy a better insulated glove and be done with it? Because one product doesn’t fit all scenarios and we all know the beauty of layering. And that’s the point here. Solo or layered, this is a great extra to have in my gear box.

sizing and durability
fingers much longer than needed when referencing the size chart, and the fingertips got holes in them after short term usage - even when protected by outer gloves.

Too big for petite hands

5’1” petite. The fingers are way too long! About an inch extra space in fingertips. Will return. Why not offer an XS ?

Stretched out quickly

Initially I was really excited for these gloves as they were small enough to fit my fingers perfectly but then they stretched out within three wears. The wrist similarly stretched out and makes the glove slide around more.

Does NOT work with a touchscreen

Fails to work with my Pixel 5 Android phone. My old gloves worked fine with the phone but they got holes in them. Don't buy if you need touchscreen-compatible phone.

Good purchase

I like these gloves. Keeps the nip out when cold and you do not want to put on bulky gloves. The tech finger I found useless.

PERFECT For Small, Slim Hand

I prefer a thinner glove in the winter for driving, and running in and out of doors. I thought that my previous gloves were the best (liners also, with grippy palms). But these are even stretchier, better-looking, and better fitting for me. I have a small hand, but prefer the medium (and no, my fingers are not abnormally long). I came back for two more during the Anniversary Sale.

nice material but too unstructured

I wanted some lightweight, warm gloves without bells and whistles- found these to be too unstructured- needs some stitched structure around the wrist and palm. Oddly for what's mean tot be a liner, the finger are overly structured with odd stitching in the ends of the fingertips that I didn't like the feel of. Normally merino is my favorite material, but these didn't do it for me.

Not warm enough

Not warm enough added as liner to keep your fingers comfortable. Too expensive.

Initially I was worried how thin they felt but my hands have never had a warmer winter.

I love these gloves! They breathe and help regulate my temp even when wet and covered in snot and slush. When I first receive these gloves in the mail, I was worried because they seemed so thin but they were seriously the best purchase I made last Christmas. I live in Idaho and the wind is freezing always and those moments while you are chilling on the ski lift or digging out your snowmobile can really ruin your day if your hands get cold. I use them as a liner inside my waterproof gloves so when my hands get hot or I need a little more dexterity for something I can remove my puffy gloves and still have good protection. It really is a life savor especially as I am getting older (42) but I don’t feel like my circulation recovers as quickly anymore. My fingers are short but my palm is wide and the small fit great.
