Great, high quality, chair at a reasonable price

I love this chair for several reasons: First, many chars have such a relaxed or reclined position that it is impossible to sit and eat a meal or often even take a drink. They are great if you want to sleep, but if you need to sit in a chair and be relatively functional, this one is great. Second, it is of very good quality at a good price point. Before this chair you had the $39 price point and then the $299 one (not mentioning any names...). the low end ones are not durable in my opinion and the high end one is too expensive. I am sure it is a great chair (I have many of their products) and I'm sure it is worth the money but I don't have $300 to spend on a cam chair. And third, it's comfortable and well thought out.

Not made for outdoors

GCI Outdoors is just a name. If the fabric gets wet or is exposed to the sun, it deteriorates quickly. They are made in China, so there really is nothing you can do about it.

great chair

Excellent chair! I weigh 300 lbs and am a bit nervous sitting in other peoples chairs. I have never sat in such a solid feeling chair. It is a nice height as well. I highly recommend it.

Strong & Comfy, not elements durable

I got this chair on the garage sale as brand new but a discount because it was missing the carrying bag. I used it once by my outdoor fire pit and it was super comfortable and had a great drink and phone holder. However noticed after one time use it already had an ember hole. Before you anyone reading this says it was on me, I use chairs outside all the time, was sitting in it almost the entire time, and was a foot or two away from the pit. That being said I think it was very similar to the other reviews in that it is a super strong and comfy chair but definitely not outdoor elements durable.

considering 3 stars but I do like the chair.

the height makes it easy to get out (off) of. dislike the "cup" holder, not an easy placement to use and the cell phone holder is worthless.

FIRST time I have ever sit in a comfortable folding chair. I have had both knees replaced and can not bend them more than 90 degrees. Make it VERY DIFFICULT to get out of low chairs. I love this chair because of its 20.5 inch seat height.
