Binding wearing

We have two chairs. One is great but the other one is showing significant fraying on the binding on the top of the back rest. Not sure how to attach a picture to this review.

shock noise issue

I love the chair. It’s the perfect height with great back support. I tried all the rockers at the store but some were too short or didn’t have a good arm rest. Ordered this online but when I received it I noticed the right shock makes noise when rocking back and forth. I exchanged it once and the replacement makes the same noise. It bothers me as all the other rockers were fairly quiet with minimal noise when rocking. I’m debating if I should exchange it again.

Comfortable but needs constant maintenance.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nuts keep falling off, bolts fall out. These folding chairs should have been engineered with shoulder bolts going through the crossing front and back supports instead of a threaded machine screw! Other nuts have come loose as well.

Do not buy!

I used this chair about 3 times for my kids soccer games. The shoulder strap ripped from the rivet holding it in place. The chair is now basically useless because I can't carry it anywhere. Save your money.

Vibrant and comfortable

Absolutely love this chair! This is the first rocker I’ve bought. I have the flower one, and the colors are so vibrant! The only downside is the shade I bought does not match.

Best chairs for everyday occasions money can buy!

Got this for my wife for Mother’s Day, I already have the road trip rocker she always steals from me so I had to get one for herself so we both can sit in comfort and style!

Upgrade from original?

I own this chair, as well as the regular size rocker. I like the upgrades this chair offers over the ,úbase model,ù. It has a phone holder/small pocket on the inside of the left arm rest and it has a cup holder on the right armrest built into the chair which I like over the basic chair,¶ It does sit with a slight lean to the rear prior to sitting which allows for more of a reclined feeling. One thing to keep in mind with this chair is it sits a little lower than the normal chairs so if you're on the taller side it's not quite as convenient to get out of, but it's a very very minor inconvenience at that and it wouldn't deter me from buying another one!

Review Update - Great Chair, Poor Carry Strap, Needs A Bag

An update of my review from 6/27/22. The chair itself remains comfortable, functional and sturdy, and still highly recommended, however a noted weak point in the design, the integrated carry strap on one of the two chairs I own pulled off a rivet attaching the strap to the chair at one end making this “feature” useless after 5 days of use. The strap does not balance the chair well at all, and the webbing is too narrow to be comfortable for carry, so the solution is a wide mouth bag which would also protects the chair during storage and transport. While you’re at it GCI, turn the cell phone pocket into a storage pocket for the bag and you’d solve 2 problems.
