GCI Pod Rocker looks very sharp and is well constructed. However, it seems to be more suited for a heavier person. For a lighter person, the rocking motion takes some work, unless the chair is positioned on a downward sloping hill. Sets up quick and easy, has a little drink holder pouch, and it has nice storage case with shoulder strap.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] GCI outdoor pod rocker chair is a cool looking outdoor chair. I like that it’s spacious. I like the side pocket to put drinks. The suspension feature to rock is such fun. I received this complimentary for product testing.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely LOVE the GCI Outdoor Pod Rocker. I had never seen a travel folding rocker chair before. This chair is perfect to sit out in the Spring and Summer and early Fall but it is also great for indoors.
I bought this during the summer of 2o24. After using it several times, outdoors in the sun, the binding around the chair has disintegrated.

I was not down with buying a very expensive rocking chair for my baby's nursery, and have always wanted a rocking camp chair for our car camping trips. So there you go! The fact that it doesn't have arms makes it easy for me to nurse in the chair. While I can't rock much while nursing, I do rock him after I'm done. The chair is very comfortable and doesn't make noise. The side pocket is great to hold power cords and burp cloths now, and will eventually be great for a nice cold beverage! A little heavy, but a good, affordable option if you car camp or don't plan to move it around much. Solid purchase!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Couldn’t be easier to use (just pop it out of the bag and open it up), and it’s very comfortable. The rocking ability and pouch on the side for storage is a nice feature. If I could change one thing, it would have a headrest or come up a little higher for taller folks. But overall still comfortable and will be putting to use this spring.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wish I had this chair when my daughter did little league! It's easy to carry and even easier to take out and put back in its bag. Barely bigger to carry than a standard camp chair. The chair is wide and sturdy. Rocks easily with little effort, and has a cup holder on one side. I found it worked well on both pavement and grass.
This is one of my first rocking style camping chairs. I've only had stationary one's before, but I had no idea they could be so comfortable. It has a huge seating area, so just the seat itself is super comfortable. Then the rocking feature, is great! The first time you sit in it it feels awkward, like you're going to fall forward out of it, but just sit, you'll be fine. I could sit in this thing all day! I can't wait to start taking it on camping trips! It is NOT light however, so this is suitable for car camping. You would definitely not want to take this on any long hikes.
Awesome product. Super comfortable. Allows you to sit back and relax AND/OR lean forward to roast a mallow on the fire. It can be a little difficult to eat while sitting in it because the chair wants to recline. Just have to scoot your butt forward in the chair and hold your plate out their. I also do this cause I am a messy eater and I will nail my shirt with smore/ketchup/mayo/chili if I am not super careful. Not a good product for backpacking as it is bulky and heavy. Great product for backyard bbq/bonfire. The cup holder holds your beer as you would expect it to. It doesn't really do anything fancy. Just don't rock to hard when you have a drink in their cause that will shake up your beer and/or spill it. Can also put other stuff in their like your cellphone or rabbit's foot because it has more than 1 pocket.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This chair is awesome! My husband is 6'1" and over 200 lbs he not only fit comfortably in the chair but it was sturdy and he was rocking to his hearts content. We will be buying another one so that we both can have them for the summer.
