Love the lenses, hate the peeling finish

These glasses are always either on my eyes or propped on my head. I love how the lenses make the world look. HOWEVER, I wish the tortoise finish on the frames did not flake and peel off over time. It leaves a clear plastic frame that looks cheap.

Love them

I really like these, they give decent coverage and cut down glare on the road. Most importantly, they fit my small head! I really like the nonslip grips embedded in the nose area so they don't slide in warmer temperatures or when driving, wish my other two pairs of Suncloud had them too.

not quite as small I hoped

The lens and frames themselves were great-especially-for-the-price as expected with Suncloud, but I returned them due to the size. The description says it's a small-fit frame, but actually, Suncloud's Iris was smaller (in total width) and fit better (the bridge). Also, in terms of style, the "corner" on the outside bottoms of the frames were more pronounced than how it looks in the photo. Didn't work for me, but would probably be OK for someone wanting a medium small fit.

Great glasses

I have a small head, and it's pretty tough for me to find glasses that don't make me look like a bug. These fit nicely, they're classically stylish and simple. But the best part is that they have non-slip rubber pieces set into the integral plastic nosepiece/nose rest. That means its not going to get sheared off, like on my Nike Tarj glasses or my Arnettes where the rubber part just broke free from the glasses. I tend to keep my sunglasses for years, and as far as I can tell, these are going to last.

Comfortable, but flaking finish is a problem

These are comfortable and give great wrap around protection. They don't slide around when you get sweaty and never fall off when you bend over. The downside is the bubbling, flaking finish several others mentioned. My glasses lasted about 4 months before the flaking started. I've continued to wear them because the flaking is all on the ear pieces and is hidden behind my hair. Now, after a year, there has been so much flaking that I'm down to clear plastic. These are being retired to wear for yard work. I like them enough that I'm ordering a new pair even knowing the flaking is likely to happen again.

Nice shades for a small face

I was hesitant to purchase sunglasses online without being able to try them on, but my old glasses broke, and with retail shops closed, I didn't have much of a choice. I looked at several online stores and read many reviews before choosing these glasses. My requirements were for a pair of polarized glasses that I could use on the water, and that could fit my rather small face. These fit me well and are comfortable to wear. I'm very happy with my purchase.

Love them for 2 years

I absolutely love these glasses — 2 years at a time. This was the second pair I have bought, because the tortoiseshell started heavily flaking off after 2 years of daily wear. They are super comfortable and don’t slide down my nose even when sweating. The arms do not pinch behind my ears, because they are flexible. However, about two years in on both pair, that flexibility has caused the tortoiseshell to flake off. For the price, I’m willing to pay to get two years worth out of these glasses, because I really do love how they wear. So, I guess it’s time to buy a third pair.

Great for a small head and face

I have a small head. All other glasses seem to weigh down my ears. I know that sound weird, but it is kind of painful and gives me a headache. These glasses don't do that. They are light enough and just right for my head and face.

Great glasses for narrow face

I've owned two pairs of these sunglasses and I've adventured hard in them. My job (wildlife watching guide) requires me to have extremely clear vision in variable weather from -40 F to 100 F and looking at things near and far. Mountain UV is intense, so it's imperative to protect my eyes from that too. These do a great job of side shading my eyes and fit well on my narrow face. I'm buying two more pairs.

How long will these glasses last?

Nice looking, sturdy frames. The lenses are now delaminated. I bought these Aug 12, 2018 and it's July 9 2021. They were lightly-moderately used. You can decide if that's long-lasting enough.
