Pizza in the middle of nowhere!

Awesome field oven for pizza on the trail. It is expensive, but Snow Peak is top quality. Comes with the overn, pizza stone, stove holder and grate. It fits perfectly over a wood burning Snow Peak large fire pit, but I have actually cooked most of my pizzas on top of the double BBQ setup. It fits almost perfectly over the bbq and you can raise and lower to help control the heat. I have cooked with charcoal more than wood due to being on the west coast and gathering firewood in the field isn't possible. The oven gets hot enough to cook the crust and then the toppings in just a few minutes. We prefer fresh dough from Trader Joes/Safeway but be sure it is pretty thin. The hardest part is moving the pizza from the prep table to the pizza stone but that isnt a fault of the oven. My only gripe is that I wish it came with a bag for easier transport.
