Works great after initial charging problemI bought one from REI and when I got it home it wouldn't charge, right out of the box. I emailed 360fly to ask them what to do, and they replied in 5 minutes! And they kept contacting me until we resolved the problem. Very good customer support! It was easiest to exchange the item at REI for another and the second one works great. I suspect it was just a bad USB cable, but will never really know. In addition, REI exchanged it quickly in a few minutes. All concerned were helpful at 360fly and REI. I would recommend this video camera to get all your unusual sports shots.
