Rated 4 out of 5 by from Nicely Packaged I've struggled with athletic underwear constantly going places I'd rather they not. These underwear really stayed where they are supposed to, AND, they have a great pouch that holds things really well and prevents the leg stick that the other reviewer mentioned. I've had these in cold rain, and they worked well. I didn't give them 5 stars because I've only had them for about two weeks, so I can't speak to the durability. Also, my one issue so far is that they seem to have shorter inseams than advertised. I am still not convinced that mine were not the 3-inch inseams instead of the 6-inch version. Mine seemed to shrink after the first wash too, which may explain the inseam issue.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Quality Just Doesn't Hold Up Let me start by saying I had high hopes for these boxer briefs. I thought I was going to be purchasing more after the fit, feel and over all comfort level up these is excellent. But as others reviewers have stated the pilling starts almost immediately. In my case, the fabric at the top of my inner legs was binding to the other side and just destroying the material. There's no way these briefs can hold up long without holes and rips starting to develop. For this reason I can't give these boxer briefs more than 1 star. And recommend others to just stay away at this price point.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Comfortable, but not durable These are probably the best fitting and most comfortable underwear I've ever tried. But like other reviewers, I've found the pilling and wearing out begins immediately. I can't say that's the worst thing ever, two pairs got me through a ten day hike without falling to pieces. But for the price, I expected them to be a little more durable.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Comfortable, but w/ issues Comfort isn't in question, here, but durability and length are suspect. The first few weeks are great, but then... As mentioned, piling happens immediately. This has happened to several pairs in the same time frame. I'm no so sure about the odor-block treatment. After a day of hiking or urban exploring, you'll sense the need to wash with more than water. The length is good for casual, but the 9" is the way to go for hiking. I'm constantly pulling the legs out of my crotch. It happens with any pant.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Waistband Elastic is bad I've owned several pairs of these and I'm to the point where I'm asking myself why I keep buying them. They are the least toughest pair of underwear I've ever owned. The elasticity wears out of them after a few months. I followed the care instructions carefully. Yes they keep the stink away and dry quickly, which I love while traveling, but they don't hold up. I will say, I returned a few pairs about a year ago to the company and they gave me a new pair for free, but I shouldn't have to do that. Exoficio - I see several reviews about this issue. What are you doing to fix this?

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Top Comfort. Only type of underwear I use. I have plenty of UA as well but they are not the same. These are the most comfortable by far. I've owned 6 different pair and wear them for every occasion. The oldest ones, over a year old, have started to wear a little, but not to the point of throwing them out or not wearing them. They are worth the price if you put a premium on comfort.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great for active lifestyle These work well in the gym providing enough support for box jumps, jumping jacks or running. They breathe well on the trail and seem pretty odor resistant when worn more than one day. It's important to be comfortable down there and with these I'm totally unconcerned about my underwear while pushing the limits. Bought 3 and would buy again.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Comfort and Support These a sheer yet provide great support (the package is actually supported in a self-contained pouch which really prevents leg-stick). These undewear are expensive, but the comfort, support, and the fact that they don't ride up while wearing make them a great option for hiking shorts. My new favorite - I'll never hike without them again.

Do they tend to stick to the sizing chart or do they fit smaller? I've heard of other underwear that fits small.
