If you have recently purchased a mountain bike with thru axles you probably have 15x110mm axles. This product will NOT work; it is meant for 15x100mm axles. Why this is not stated in the description is beyond me. Product quality looks good and I would rate it a 4 or 5 if it was the appropriate size
Does what it's supposed to
Nicely made adapter for a thru-axle. Interface with the fork dropouts is very good; at least that's true with the Rock Shox Revelation I've used it with. Four rather than five stars for two reasons: (1) the clamp has to be made very tight to keep the adapter from sliding down toward the tray when set up in line with the fork legs as per the Thule instructions. The clamp was so tight I was concerned I'd break out. Didn't break and has worked well so far. Other option is to run the adaptor laid back against the clamp, but this is against Thule's fit instructions and I therefore wouldn't necessarily recommend that. (2) Cost. Seems a bit expensive for what it is but it is made in USA of heavy, solid materials so I bought it anyway. Note, the bike will not lock to the tray, though the adapter will lock to the tray. The fork's thru-axle is used to secure the bike to the adaptor so there's no way to lock it. I've always used a cable lock anyway to secure the bike to the roof rails to ensure it's secure and to secure the rear wheel, which would otherwise be unlocked, so this isn't a big issue for me.

own a thule pace line bike rack and recently purchased a new bike that has a thru axle front fork. attached easily and securily to my bike rack. travelled round trip from spokane, wa to bozeman, mt with an average speed of 75 mph. the bike was very secure.
How to fix long axle lengths on adapter
Bought the 15 mm to allow my new MTB fit my old Thule tray. Problem was the Fox 36 suspension was significantly wider than the adapter. This meant the whole bike could shift back and forth around the axle. So I added some washers to take up the slack. Maybe Thule could include something like washers or more clever to take up slack?
Great idea but missed the mark
As much of a fan of this idea as I still am I just couldn’t stick with it. I wasn’t able to tighten it down enough, nor could I lock my bike tube for security. It also is a shame that this had to be added to the bike attachment making it even taller and more wobbly. This product needs to be an independent piece that can attach to the bar frame and have a lock. If this would happen I would buy the new one and bring the bar out of storage.

It would be nice if Thule decides to add an adaptable cup upgrade for the existing adapter so that it will accommodate 110mm width boost standards. It would require a simple change of one or more cups on the spindle. Include both!
Solid Construction But Missing Lock
Easy to install and solid construction but no way to lock the bike to the adapter as with others of this style (e.g., Rocky Mountain)

Someone stole part from Bike rack, I purchased new parts to replace.
