Nice jacket with room for improvement

Overall, this is a solid rain jacket. It’s kept me dry in sustained periods of light to moderate rain, as well as a few cloud bursts. It’s a great length; long enough to cover your rear and your back pockets. As others have mentioned, the pockets are a little higher than you would like them to be, but it’s nothing crazy; you can still use them. My biggest issue is with the hood, which isn’t deep enough. Granted, I have kind of a big head, but it does little to cover my face, and if I’m wearing any kind of bulky or hooded shirt under the jacket, or put my hair back, I’m constantly pulling the hood forward to little avail. if you want to be able to layer under it, size up.

I wanted to love it…

I was hoping to love this jacket, but unfortunately I do not. The fit is awkward. It is loud when hiking and as the previous reviewer mentioned, the pockets are a bit too high.

Rain Storm approved

Size runs small. I got the medium its is snug but fits. The pockets are a bit higher than I would like. I wore this in a rainstorm and the hood is fantastic kept my face dry. Light weight easy to pack up. Kept me DRY.
