There was entirely too much tension between the poles and the body of the tent so it is a major effort to connect them. Tent construction doesn't seem like it will last and there is so much tension on the poles, it seems that breaking is likely. When I set it up the first time, on of the overly tight tent poles popped out and pierced a hole in the rainfly. I cannot see this tent lasting very long.
I purchased this tent a week ago and it was received. When I set it up in my house, one section of the fiberglass pole set was de-laminating. I really liked the tent and was looking forward to using it, however this was a major defect.
