Awesome tent!

I recently purchased this tent on sale as my first backpacking tent and I love it!! Not sure how to compares to other lightweight tents, but it’s not too heavy, fits in my pack with my other gear and sets up easily and very nicely.

Comfy and cute.

Real quick to set up. Took less than 5 min... Like the snap on clips to the tent poles. Roomy enough for avg height folk and small dog... We are 5'6/5'7. Lightweight. Set up on a wet terrain. Dry afternoon/evening. Rained throughout morning. We were perfectly dry and comfy thru night. Did notice water droplets on floor around noon when packing up. Unclear if condensation or seeping up through footprint.

Not great in windy conditions

On the first trip with this tent it collapsed at one end during a wind event. I had to take the fly off and partially disconnect half of the tent in order to put it back together. There were six other tents and only mine failed. This never happened to me over decades of camping. Everything else I really liked about this tent but reluctantly will probably return. Was camped by a sand dune so besides collapsing the tent filled with sand....

Great

Bought this on sale for my two boys. They love it, they're 6 and 12 and can set it up on their own. can't say much about rain yet, time will tell.
