All day comfort

When I go to the shoe cupboard I’m automatically grabbing these. Super cush, soft upper and solid enough grip for most conditions. When transitioning from roads to trail, these eat it all up with that all day comfort. I’ve noticed such a positive difference in how my legs feel with high volume. Highly recommended for lighter trails and road.

Great running shoes

Received these at LA members weekend and already logged 30 miles or so on them on various terrain (asphalt, gravel, trails, beach). They are extremely comfortable with a massive stack height, and appear durable while being relatively light weight. They are awesome on asphalt and dry, simple trails, I plan to log hundreds of miles in these!

Exceptionally comfortable but?

Very very comfortable for long distance walking Salomon are on the right track, I've put approximately 130 miles on them in a few weeks including one 30 mile section with an equal mix of grass, gravel and tarmac . Probably the most comfortable shoe (soft) I've ever warn, definitely not for technical routes though. For the price the insoles is very cheap and I've had to replace it already as it caused a couple of issues. Verdict is still out on the durability as the small lugs on the sole are already disappearing. A little narrow for me to be honest but then I do have wide feet ( Salomon please make a wide version) I may try a size up in the future. A definite competitor for hoka and altar alternatives.

The Good Will Hunting of Gravel Shoes

Super comfy. The foam is amazingly responsive while also being very comfortable. Going from gravel to concrete seamless and the ligs aren't super noticeable. Took it on technical terrain and it did well too.

Best of everything in this shoe!

The best part of this shoe for me is the cushioning, I have tried a lot of road shoes in my time but this feels as good or better than any other cushioned road shoe I have tried before, the foam is on another level. It's not designed as a fast shoe but I definitely feel response in it too and use it regularly for speed sessions. The gravel outsole just makes this the perfect shoe for so many runs, especially for me who is a trail runner who likes to deviate half way through my road runs. It feels a bit more durable than your average road shoe too which is a bonus for me.

All round greatness

I bought these last month. Little sceptical when switching brand usually run in brooks but wanted something for light trails and the tarmac on the way. Delivery was hopeless ridiculous long wait of 3 weeks. Lots of manufacturers offer a 30day trial return if not happy this would have definitely helped me make the decision to purchase. Lucky for me the are a good fit, nicely cushioned on tarmac and a good grip on light trails yet to try on muddy lane sure it will come. Overall nice shoe a little soft to be fast but for training easy miles the cushion is great.

Best fitting Sneaker I’ve ever worn

I’m not one to write reviews unless I’m extremely pleased. That said, I absolutely love the sneakers! I was somewhat reluctant to buy the Aero Glide 3 GRVL as I often have challenges with the toebox of sneakers being way too tight. Because I have a wide foot from big toe knuckle to pinky toe knuckle. I often have to size up, which makes the sneaker too long. I also wanted a comfortable shoe that was stable and had great soul traction. This sneaker checks all of those boxes for sure! I highly recommend these.

Running on clouds

These are my first pair of 'high-cushion' style running shoes. Truth be told, I liked the subtle yet distinctive look of them. The bouncy feel was quite amusing first time walking around with them on. I was amazed how progressive the cushioning was and all the while feeling stable and not at all wobbly. I went for a run and wow-- it was like running on clouds-- springy yet stable. I thought, surely all this cushioning and comfort must result in a slower pace but no; I actually ran a faster pace.

Ridiculously comfortable

I’ll be honest, when I first heard about the new Aero Glide 3 GRVL shoe I was a bit underwhelmed by the idea… THEN I PUT THEM ON!! Wow, these are the comfiest shoes I’ve ever worn, and I’ve worn a lot of shoes. They feel incredible. Perfect for tracks, dry trails and the road. Spot on for times like now in the UK, or for when you run in places that are warm, like this video in Menorca. Seriously excellent shoe and well worth a look, I’m now a huge fan and can’t stop wearing them. 🔥

Great hybrid shoe

The Aero Glide 3 GRVL is a fantastic shoe - very comfortable. The EVA is, for me, not too soft and not too stiff. I like the relatively high stack height, and the overall shape of the shoe is good for my foot. There's adequate room in the toe box for toes to spread out and not feel trapped. The outsole is where the shoe shines. It feels like a road shoe on the road and a trail shoe on the trails. The transition between surfaces is smooth and it is the perfect shoe for someone who runs on mixed surfaces. I have already recommended it to multiple friends and family members who are mixed-surface runners, as I think they would benefit from having a trail-ready shoe without needing a purpose-built, trail-specific shoe. Too soon to speak of durability, but I expect that they will easily last the ~300-400 miles I typically put on a pair of running shoes.
