Nice lights, but NOT for rainy climates!

I really like the form factor and the easy attachment and removal from the bike. The lights are also bright and very visible, with a variety of flashing and steady modes. They look like they should be waterproof or at least water resistant, but they did not hold up very long to my rainforest climate. The charging was rather finicky from the start, and it just got worse as water worked its way into the charging port causing corrosion. In addition, water was visible inside the front lens after a short time. These lights only lasted a few months of daily commuting before they both permanently failed. They were unreliable well before that. If you live in a dry(er) climate, you may have better luck.
