Attention to detail & adjustments for great fit

This is a thoughtfully designed pack. The nice wide straps with adjustable pockets fit all the things I like having access to quickly in front. The side pockets fit my water bottles with room to tuck in my maps. Several available adjustments made it fit my body as I have narrow shoulders yet there is ample adjustment for short or long torso and easy to do. I found the straps comfortable with the heavy load I carry even for day use. Spring hiking always has me carrying more gear in case I hit snow and this pack has a huge hidden pocket with a zipper and flap where I can put all my first aid gear, wallet, lights and so much more. Roomy main pocket that opens wide and water bladder sleeve makes this very roomy. Even on my first try the fit rode well on my shoulders and hips making it comfy. I'm glad for all the pockets. I hike long day hikes and love a pack I can easily fit all my gear in. Even my phone fit in the front pocket along with my spare battery charger.

Innovative day pack design-many hits, some misses

I purchased this a few weeks ago in the 25L woman’s version. I was searching for a comfortable daypack that would carry comfortable without feeling sloppy. It is heavier than many daypacks, but it doesn’t feel it when it’s on. It feels solid and quality made. It shed light rain the two times I’ve had it out, which is nice. The shoulder straps are very adjustable and incredible comfortable. The shoulder strap pockets are a nice feature and are adequate. I like the way you can “tuck” them away with the snap if not needed. The water bottle pockets are big enough to fit most size water bottles including Nalgene. I found the pockets to be secure. It has a small top pocket covered by a generous flap to keep rain out and a large main compartment. It comes with two adjustable bungees that can be used inside or outside of the pack to hold gear in place. You could also add a regular shock cord if you wanted to the outside of the pack utilizing the loops if you prefer. 25L is a sweet spot imo for a day pack. This pack does not have a front stretch pocket on the outside. All storage is inside or with water bottle pockets. It carries very comfortable and I appreciate the adjustability. It is sleek and feels very well made. The shoulder straps have webbing that you can attach items to, my iPhone 14pro fits easily in the shoulder pocket. There are a few things I don’t love about this pack. The main one is the zippers can be a bit hard to use. When I take my pack off, I don’t want to get frustrated struggling with zippers while I’m being attacked by black flies and mosquitoes. I want to get my stuff out and get moving. If this pack had a stretch front pocket I could store things I need quickly this would be less of an issue. Part of the reason the zippers can be tough is the water resistant nature of the design of pack. The flaps have to be flipped out of the way to make zipper use easier (mostly on the small pocket). Again not a big deal unless you eyeballs are under attack from flies. I would like the shoulder pockets to be just a tiny bit bigger to fit a standard 16.9 oz water bottle (it’s very tight) and I wish the hip belt was detacheable. I mostly will never need it. You can tuck it in the space of the lumbar protection of the pack. Lastly the shoulder strap adjustment straps are too long and I am unsure of the purpose of the clear plastic clip is. I’m assuming it’s to fold the excess strap through but it’s kinda fussy. I looped the strap through the adjustment clip to try to take up slack but I’m sure I’ll not like that either since it limits adjustment. I do like this pack for its sturdy construction and water resistance as well its sleek design which is advantageous in my area. It is very comfortable and will be my go-to day pack moving forward. It’s not perfect but you can clearly see by the design they were trying new concepts and I appreciate that in any complaint. Taking chances is how we move forward.

Very comfortable and well-designed pack

I'm very happy with the NEMO 25L Resolve pack. The shoulder straps and the multiple ways you can adjust them make it so you can get a customized fit. The straps are wider so they didn't cut in to my shoulders, chest or arms - it's a unique design but I'm sold! It's very comfortable, fits securely and allows air to flow so you aren't sweating like with other packs. I love the stash pockets on both of the shoulder straps - I put my sunglasses in one side and my iPhone in the other (it's a smaller size, so not sure about bigger sizes) which made for easy grabbing when I needed them. The water bottle pockets on the sides are adjustable and easy to grab your bottle without taking off the pack. It does take some getting used to to cinch down the water bottle pocket - mine fell out a couple of times when leaning over until I figured it out. There's plenty of space inside and a convenient top compartment for small items. I also appreciate the hidden, zippered pocket inside for valuables (keys, wallet, etc.). I've used this for shorter cycling trips and a numerous hikes of varying distances. If you're looking for a smaller pack that is focused on comfort, this is it!

Versatile supportive backpack

Versatile lightweight supportive backpack. The straps were slightly wide for me (I am 5'3"). Otherwise, it was comfortable to carry a big load that did not feel like a big load for an extended period of time. The interior has a pocket and also straps help with organizing. There is a secret pocket on the outside as well. The side pockets are big and elastic enough to hold a large water bottle. An added bonus is the materials are 100% recycled and recyclable when it is ready to be retired so it is truly zero waste.

Great hiking back pack!

I like having a good everyday hiking back pack. This one is great because it’s roomy and water resistant but breathable. It’s very comfortable especially for long wear, I wore mine out in the sun for a long period of time and it didn’t dig into my shoulders and I didn't have a puddle of sweat on my back. The waist and shoulder strap was great and felt secure. I’m a petite woman so having a comfortable backpack that actually fits well is important to me. There’s an adjustable back piece which is awesome because with my small frame I can adjust it to my size and my fiancé can adjust it to his size if he borrows my pack. I also like that there’s a top security pocket where I can keep my key while hiking. It fit my water pack nicely too in a seperate packet and had plenty of space for my other snacks and hiking things. Overall awesome backpack very happy with it :)

Nice Pack

I’ve only used it on a short day hike, so I can’t speak on the durability of the product. However, my first impressions are that is very comfortable and adjustable, especially for someone with a short frame like myself. The pack feels like a quality product and kept everything dry, even after standing next to a waterfall for a couple of minutes. This might be least important to most, but it’s a nice looking bag and I am very satisfied with my purchase.

Best Travel Companion

This pack joined me on a recent trip to Mexico and was the absolute best travel and day pack for that purpose! It is big enough to hold all the essentials, perfectly adjustable and has an extremely comfortable women's specific fit!! My only wish would be a slightly larger water bladder sleeve and maybe and exterior mesh/stretch pocket on the front for added exterior storage.

Perfect fit!

We got this just in time for a trip across the west from the Grand Canyon, to Yosemite, to Zion and it has been a perfect day hike backpack! This held jackets and snacks for me and 3 boys. I have been very happy with how comfortable it is, I barely notice it’s there! It doesn’t hurt that it looks great too!

Best Day Pack

Pack has adjustability, great padding for maximum comfort, water resistant material to help shed rain. These new backpacks are a solid build and made to withstand the harsh elements of the outdoors. I wish there were more color options, my only wish! I am not a big fan of the colors, but the bag itself is very nice! If you are looking for a new day pack to get out on the trail with, this is the one!
