Suncloud  Respek Polarized Sunglasses

I received these products for free from the REI Trailblazers sampling program in exchange for my honest review. I have the matte black sunglasses. They are fantastic! I have worn them outside for everyday use, hiking, frisbee golfing, boating, paddle boarding, ball games, and at the pool. I am easily and clearly able to see people, nature, phone screens and reading books. They look great and I would recommend for either gender. They are lightweight and come with a red storing bag to clean the lenses. I do wish they would have come with a hard case so I could put them in a bag without worrying about them getting damaged. They are a great pair of sunglasses for the price.

The eye protection is top-notch, with the polarized lenses effectively shielding against harmful UV rays, providing clear vision and reducing eye strain. The difference was very noticeable in the harsh sun of a South Carolina beach where they were tested. The design is sleek and stylish, making them a versatile accessory for various occasions. The lightweight frame ensures a comfortable fit for extended wear. I found the frame too large to use for golf and swapped them out for my standard, frameless glasses. For beach, running, walking, biking and driving, the Respek's were excellent. Durability is a strong suit of these sunglasses. The scratch-resistant lenses and robust frame have proven their resilience. They easily stood up to the wind, sand and ocean during the ten day trip and test. Moreover, the integrated nose pads and temple tips enhance comfort and stability. I was able to easily wear them for 8+ hours each day. The included microfiber pouch is a practical addition for safe storage and was quite handy to clean the lenses repeatedly. Overall, great glasses, and I can get over the larger frame outline

The sunglasses are perfect daily glasses. They even stayed on my face during a roller coaster which is impressive! The only reason I’m giving them 4 versus 5 starts is the tint (or lack there of) on the lenses themselves. Yes, they are polarized, but others can see your eyes through the lenses - I like to hide my eye rolling and it is very evident in these.

I recently brought these sunglasses on an African safari. I wanted something with a little more coverage than my normal sunglasses and they certainly did the trick. They are super lightweight and comfortable. I haven’t worn them for any strenuous activities, so I can’t comment on how much they potentially fog up. My only comments/ complaints are, to keep the included cleaning cloth close as they smudge easily and I had some issues with them falling off the top of my head when I was inside, which is fairly annoying. Overall, I would recommend these if you’re looking for polarized sunglasses with full coverage.

These glasses have quickly become my go to glasses. They are nice balance of lightweight but robust glasses that seem like they will stand the test of time. The arms of the glasses are well shaped for my head, they are tight enough to stay on my head, even when up on the forehead, with out causing discomfort over time. The tint is also a good balance that takes off the glare and reduces brightness while being useful in a range of brightness levels, from overcast to clear blue sky's. These are a solid choice for your next adventure.

I have been using the sunglasses while cycling and it’s great. Love the polarized lenses which work really well to decrease glare and I don’t have to squint (still) while wearing the sunnies. The fit is good—I have an average width face and most sunglasses fit me fine right out of the gate. The hinges are stiff enough that things don’t fall in easily but not so stiff that it’s work to open them up.

In terms of quality, these sunglasses hit the mark. They were indeed polarized, and did well on my recent hiking trip. They stay on my flat Filipino nose better than the average pair of sunglasses, but I will say that they are probably more suited to a masculine style. I think I would give this brand a try again, but most likely trying the Low Key or the Topsail styles. I also appreciated that it came with a case that can be used for cleaning the lenses! Always a plus.
