The ransom letter "The North Face" logo gets compliments when I wear it downtown or anywhere in public. People ask me where I got it at, I just direct them to the website. Hahaha. The only critique I have about this item is that the material is a bit more flimsy than other companies hats, but I think it's because The North Face clothing is meant to be work outdoors in hiking / trekking scenarios so it makes sense that the material would be a little lighter in weight for comfort. Overall, great product and good addition to my wardrobe.
Floppy not like a normal 5 panel hat at all.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the patch design. I am lucky enough to live with the Cascades as a back drop to my everyday life so this hat was a must have. That being said, my son told me that the hat looks too small on my head, so maybe if the sizing was a little bigger I'd give it the extra star. I like the material as its soft and not too rigid. I wear hats most days, so this is definitely in the rotation now.
Weird fit with stiff patch and lack of structure elsewhere
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the patch and quality of the hat but for me the fit was wonky b/c of the patch and lack of structure. The patch holds the center up high but the sides of the top of the hat sag since no structure so it just looked funny and wasn't for me. Some may like this style. 5 stars for quality, 3 for the weird fit. Really wanted it to work but had to send it back.
