Great lights, easy to use, but not for use on carbon spoke
I use these lights on my helmet and shoes for night rides. They are great and have lots of colors so you will definitely draw the attention of drivers. They are made for clipping onto aluminum bicycle spokes and create a great, visible affect. However, the package says that they are not to be used on carbon spokes (no reason given, but I think it may be the way they clip, as opposed to a 'metal on carbon' issue.) It would be great if Nite Ize could figure a way to attach them to carbon spokes because I would use several per wheel!

REI sent an opened package, haphazardly closed with tape. Possibly this was a return that was resold (as new) and shipped to me, because one light is broken? This was a Christmas gift for a child, so an already opened package was a spoiler. Do better, REI.

I LIKE 'em!! These are some of the easiest, neatest, and most effective ways to keep a bike rider safe I have ever encountered. The LED's are very bright, but not so bright that they impair the rider's night vision, and the batteries last a long time. For the price, there's little more you could ask for! Great product Nite Ize!!
Fun and bright
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I initially used these on my cruiser bike and kid's bikes just for fun. Then I realized they catch the eyes of drivers, so now I use them on my commuter bike at dusk and night as an extra measure of visibility and safety. And they're still fun.

Absolutely love these lights!! I have used them easily for 3-4 years on several bikes and I feel they help keep me safe riding when it is dark because people/motorists can see me from both sides. Inexpensive and simple, winning combination!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These small, inexpensive, fun lights add color and visibility to your bike, helping you be seen from the side (since most lights are directed to the front or rear of your bike). However, they don't stay on well on bladed spokes.

Love these for when the evening hours wane and the neighborhood rides get into dark time... She's 5 and rock's 'em great! One question is, what kind of warranty come with these things?
