Good for casual wear

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this shoes for my trip at Yellowstone and Grand Teton. The shoes was delivered on time amid Covid-19 (mid July). Talking about size, I normally wear size 6.5 in Nike/Hoka one one/ Sketcher running shoes but my friend told me that northface shoes sometimes run small so I ordered 6.5 and 7. Im sticking with 7. Pros -> the style, the color and water proof Cons -> This is not durable at all The first day at my trip, we went to grand teton and did delta lake trail (9 mi elevation 2300 ft). The northface logo started to peeled off. I did some search and people said the warranty would not cover it as it is normal wear and tear. Therefore, I think this shoes is good for casual wear but definitely not for trail running as it wear out so easily (less than a month after I bought it).

Small

I needed a waterproof shoe for walking the dog on trails. I don’t run in these. Like others have said they do run small. I have very small feet so I didn’t think it would be a problem so I ordered a 5.5, which is my normal size. I love the obnoxious color and look of these shoes. They will be good summer shoes, very light weight. The toe area is the main problem, it’s pretty snug, but for moderate walking it won’t be a problem. If you’re going to run I’d suggest full size up.

Stiff and run small

They're stiff, not very comfortable. Nice color. They run a size too small. They feel clunky.

Not comfortable

These were just not comfortable on my foot. It wasn't so much the insole as the material of the upper. Sizing is accurate. Too bad. It is a good looking shoe.

Good if your foot is a bit narrow

I hadn’t tried any shoes from North Face before, but like most of their products. Shoe was a little stiff, so I thought I could break them in, but found that the front of the shoe is a bit narrower than my other shoes. Quality seems good, but just doesn’t fit me. Will be returning.

Handling the miles!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been running in these shoes for several months now, mostly trail but some road, too. They are a bit hard to slide on, but now I have the trick down and once they are on they fit like a foot glove. They have the right amount of support (not too squishy, not too hard) and the cushioning is holding up really well. I'm a TNF Athlete Team skier who also loves trail running.

Sturdy on Trails

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I hadn't purchased NF shoes before, but I'm glad I bought these for trail running! The trails near my house are uneven, rocky, and often wet, and I would slip around in my old running shoes. These shoes give me the extra traction to avoid slipping, but feel supportive and sturdy enough for me to recover and avoid injury when an inevitable slip should come. I'm a fan!

Not great...not terrible.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was really excited to get these but they are not super comfortable. I was in Salomons before and I think the traction was better. I had to get an insole because the support was nonexistant. The shoe isn't super comfortable but I suspect it will get better as I break them in. I was pretty disappointed the shoes weren't a little more comfortable.

I would buy it again

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Has great traction. Inside the shoe is comfortable and I don't need to have inserts to help with my plantar fasciitis. Love the boldness of the color. It's not the same as every other shoe
