Good footprint for old Base Camp model
I needed a footprint for my older model REI Basecamp 4 tent. The new model footprint is too big. So after careful measuring I ordered this one and it fits perfectly!!! I haven't tried it in the weather just yet, but when I set it up in my back yard it fits perfectly, just a couple inches smaller than the floor of the tent, and the straps fit perfectly into the tent poles, no adjustments needed. Ready to ditch the heavy tarp I've been using and have something that actually works! Very happy with my purchase.
Great footprint.
Great footprint. As you'll see from another review I did of the Skyward 4 Tent, I didn't keep the tent, but I kept the footprint, which I use as the step out drop for my Wonderland 4 tent.
Perfect for what it does
Perfect fit footprint for the skyward 4 tent. Corners easily and snugly fit into the pole ends to keep it in place.
Glad I got this to protect bottom of my tent
Great footprint for my beautiful Skyward 4 tent. I read in one of the comments that REI recommends having the waterproof side up, so prevent it from wear and tear of rocks and debris on your site. Should get years of use.
A must have!
We purchased this along with the Skyward 4. Seems well made and durable. There is no clear labeling which side is top or bottom, so we place it taped-seems up.
Works well!
This footprint has been excellent at keeping moisture out of the tent and protecting the bottom. It does exactly what it’s meant to do.
