Love these boots but……
Love these boots but the clasp to tighten strap will not stay closed. Making for a walk to be dangerous!
Best casual boots ever
I’m a 24cm foot average width usually a size 8 and these are true to size and wanted dressy boots with traction and these are amazing.
These are worth buying
I’ve been looking for a pair of “dressy”boots for 2 years. Some were uncomfortable when walking. Others the upper part was so tight I couldn’t get them on. Then I found Xero’s. I ordered a 9.5 size which was too large. The 9 fits well. I had to put in Dr. Scroll’s fitness walker supports to make them work for me. They are so comfortable. I enjoy being able to feel the ground under my feet. Finally I have dressy boots that are easy to put on and are comfortable when walking.
Narrow and does not have a true wide toe box
Pros: flexible sole and zero drop. Cons: the ankle strap to tighten the shoe is useless, the shoe is quite narrow and does not have a true wide toe box. It does not allow my toes to comfortably spread out as in other true barefoot shoes. I will be returning it. It is not comfortable to wear all day.
didn’t like them at first but love them now!
I ordered these last week and at first I thought I would need to return them. I am a true 8.5 and I ordered an 8.5. I have had two bunion surgeries and I have wide feet. These felt tight and uncomfortable but my husband encouraged me to wear them around for a day. I ended up taking out the extra sole they provide and that helped immediately, by the end of the day the leather had stretched a lil and started forming to my feet and I didn’t feel that they were tight at all and I had more room to spread my toes. So initially I felt like these were not true to size but if I had sized up I would have been disappointed after a day of wearing them since they do give a lil after some wear. My disappointment didn’t last long and I love them now!!
SO comfortable but breakable
These are hands down the most comfortable Chelsea style boots I have ever owned and I will likely purchase them again. The ankle straps do break very easily (within a month of owning them) so if you are relying on this feature to keep your boots tight on your heels these might not be the best shoes for you. I just cut the ripped straps off.
Comfortable boots for all year long!
Extremely comfortable! I think that the "leather" is more like a nubuck, which I didn't expect.

Wow, these are high quality, beautiful boots. Much nice than in the photos and worth every dollar! I have been looking for years for a boot you can wear every day and dress up. Perfect. Fits true to size. (I am a true 6.5)
Love
I have worn these boots almost everyday for 2 years. To work (lots of walking and some labor), casually, dressed up, etc. I love them. Only downside is the ankle strap is useless but I don't mind it too much. I always thought it was there because it's Xero's trademark. The leather is looking a little worse for wear now. Will most likely buy another pair soon.
Comfy boots
Good quality boots, very comfortable! They come with a slim insole which I used. Feet feel fine after a long day of walking.
