Perfect for days in the saddle

I bought these for bicycling the Empire State Trail. I'm short so they hit just above the knee. The padding material was really comfortable. The pockets are great. I had another pair from another brand on that trip. These dried faster and the material on the chamois was softer. I'm got a second pair of the Terry's for my long trips. Yeah, REI dividends.

Great pockets

I returned the shorts because the waist band rolled down and the leg length was a little to long on my 5'3" and 140 lb frame. I'm going to try the Terry Touring shorts.

Cheap pad

When I bought these shirts I didn't realize it was the same terrible pad I had on another pair of Terry shorts. Extremely uncomfortable and not worth the money. I'll be returning them.

Grand touring short

I purchased the Large short and it was a bit small. I did like the chamois and so I will return and try the next size up, hoping it isn't to big! I'm new to pockets on these shorts so not sure what to think. As long as they don't interfere with cycling all is good!
