Great little massager!

Works great! If you are flexable you use on parts of your back but its a simple way to roll out tight muscles in your legs and arms. Such a useful and simple thing!! Best purchase I've made in a while!!

Terrific device

great for trigger point relief at the desk, while driving, or just sitting around. I carry it with me and have gotten one for a friend. I like that it stays in place when I put it down.

Handy Tool

Got this to help supplement PT for my left knee. Strained my left MCL, patella and hamstring from too many years of biking, hiking, horseback riding etc. Refuse to give any of those! PT has helped immensely while this helps to work out the knots in the knee. Work it across the areas (not up & down) to work out the kinks. Easy to use after exercising and sitting at the desk or watching TV.

Travel size!

Love this little handheld travel sized roller when I do not have space for my full sized roller.

Convenient and works well

This handheld massage ball has been a great purchase so far. So great that I keep catching my fiance using it after he claimed the foam roller was all he needed. I mostly am using this to focus on my quads and calves. Looking forward to having a travel friendly option when going out of town.
