Disappointed
These are super cute, but the soles are super stiff. I felt like I was walking around in cardboard. They ran a bit big, yet were tight to slide on. My heels slid out and rubbed pretty bad with ever step I took. I'm totally bummed because the design was really cute! Totally, uncomfortable fail. I'm a 7.5-8 and got the Juno in an 8.
We're sorry this style of Merrells did not work for you, but we appreciate your feedback.
Pricey fashion boot
Very cute boot! Wish there was a pull tab on the back of the boot as they are a little hard to pull on. Also, the lace is too long to wear like in the picture. It came wrapped around the boot one time, so that’s how I kept it. If you pull it tighter it does keep snow from getting in the boot. But then you have to untie and re-tie to pull it on. If I keep it laced loosely I can pull them on easier. They do keep my feet warm without socks so that’s nice. But pretty pricey to have these simple flaws. I had the extra money and wanted to get something different than Ugg’s this year. I only wear them around town, I don’t think they are suited for Ohio winters otherwise.
I love them but…
I love this boot. It’s comfortable and warm. The reason for the 3 star vs a 5 star is that the stitching along the back has started to come apart after only a couple months of wear. That is disappointing for a Merrell shoe.

Super cute, poor design/fit
These boots are exactly was I was looking for stylistically and functionally however I can’t even get my foot into the boot with a thin sock. I was able to pull them on barefoot with a LOT of work, but it’s not worth fighting to get boots on multiple times per day.
Love my grey boots!
I love my grey Merrells!!! I wear them everywhere I go.
Awesome! Thanks for sharing!
So bummed!
I wanted to love these as I do all my other Merrells. However, like many of the other reviews, THEY ARE IMPOSSIBLE TO GET ON!!! No joke, was sweating by the time I finally was able to wrestle them on. This should not be so hard to put a slip on shoe on. They will look cute in the closet, because I don’t think I will be wearing very often unfortunately. And I suspect the pair I got was previously purchased and returned as there were scuff marks on the back by ankles from some other person struggling to get them on and off as well. So disappointed!
Thank you for your feedback. We will be sure to pass that along.
Keep some pliers by the door to pull them on
I am an athletic woman in my early 30s and almost pulled a muscle trying to get them on the first time. Not joking about the pliers, otherwise impossible to get over the heel like several others have said. Who allowed these to make it through product testing? I pray I never have to take them off in public. Keeping them because they are good looking and I want a boot that looks cute for work but can stand up to a short snowy walk. Comfort wise they are flat soles and a little stiff. A bit of a tight fit, so I am not having the issue with blisters and slipping others mention. They are noticeably at least a half size smaller than other Merrell shoes I have purchased but I always waffle between an 8 or 8.5 when ordering shoes so the 8.5 works with thin socks. Good luck and do your stretches before you put these boots on.
Cute but Painful
I bought these a couple months ago because I was wanting some easy casual boots. While they’re cute, they’re the most uncomfortable shoe I’ve worn. Be prepared for blisters. I’m constantly getting them and I’m just wearing these to take my dog out to go to the bathroom or going to the store. I tried taking my dog on a 20 minute walk and could barely do the last half. They’re so stiff and have no cushion, you’d be better off wearing wooden shoes. But they’re cute.
Goods and Bads - all good quality
Very cute, functional boots for errands around town or going for walks. Harder to slip on than desired due to the leather strap closure and no stretchiness to the back side. Leather lace needs to be untied and retied every time, so less efficient than a slip on. Also does not have mid-sole arch support, so I need an insert. Happy with the boots considering it was an online only purchase and couldn't assess some of those features in person. Good quality!
So cute, hard to slip on
Love these boots, they are cute and comfy to walk in. However, I also had trouble getting them on like many others. I thought I was going to have to return them until I came across a pair of thin socks with a slippery feel. Wearing those I eventually got my foot in after a few tries. I'm hoping they get easier to slip on with wear, otherwise I won't wear these anywhere like yoga where I'd have to struggle getting them back on in pubic.
