Noticed some minor things right off the bat when mounting the tent onto our car at the REI loading dock. The ladder bag had torn loose & the aluminum frame had damage from the locking bracket hardware. Later I found that under the mattress, straps had broken loose that were to secure the ladder bag causing a hole in the roof lining. When setting up the rear fly metal rod support blocks broke loose (rivets into plastic just don't work). After our first trip I noticed the top & bottom separating on the front. Thule warranty team initially responded very quickly but then a long pause. I suspect the were working out the recall issues. There now has been a recall of all their hard shell tents. We will see how that works out.
